Pretty sure it was N. Korea. Anyone else remember otherwise!?!? Yea, the Japanese ain't too particular on a nation a couple hundred miles away having nukes and the means to deliver them. When a commie country is being asked by China to come to their senses about all that crap, I'd be pretty on the edge too. My $.02
But there are big engineering issues--thermal fatigue, noise. It's very challenging research
Is noise level a big engineering hurdle?? I work at an airport and some of the aircraft we have now are pretty friggin' loud. I know the Concord was exceptionally loud and had to follow strict guidelines, but how comperable is the noise level of this new engine to the existing "slow burn" models?
Another fun trick was to use a standard fax machine with a continuous loop of paper. Let that baby run for about 10-15 minutes and you'll create a lot of clutter on the receiver's end.
Just make sure you are using black construction paper.
Screw them and their $6/hr job. I work my rear end off third shift and these jackasses call me everyday and wake me up. I try to follow the good old junkbusters script (http://www.junkbusters.com/script.html) but am ALWAYS hung up on. Even solicitors from uber-corperations like GM Credit and MBNA hang up on me before I can get a contact number or the name of the person calling, and that's when there's some one to answer on the other end. Half the calls are dead air, then the click (AAAAAAGH)!
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act might have been enough if the entities actually FOLLOWED THE LAW. If any telemarketing companies go out of business IT IS THEIR OWN FAULT. If I was the proprietor of a store and pissed off 99% of the people who walked in, should I blame them when I go out of business?
Apparently sit on our hands and play grab-ass till we get hit again. I can't believe with our laser and GPS guided munitions, we missed so many civilians and ended up wiping out their military instead...
Original, not that cheezy Bridget Fonda remake ("Point of No Return" I think) or even cheezier USA show. Caught it on Showtime about 10 years ago, good flick. Haven't found it on DVD yet. Another good film by the same guy is "The Professional", had Natile Portman in it too.

Looks like it could double for a space heater too!
We just replied, "It's no 'Dude, Where's My Car?'"

Can we sue over missing /. poll options??
Does anyone have anything other than negative feedback about lawyers??
MY PACEMAKER!!!
I like to think the idiots that send my six-year-old daughter pornography and ads for "penis enlargement" pills as evil.
