I can understand being upset but things like this should surprise no one. Businesses that do print/TV/news/reviews need advertising dollars. This happens all the time and always has.
But see, it no longer has to happen! A decade ago, barely anyone would ever know. These days, it's so easy to spread the news. Pull a stunt like this, and it will come back to bite your ass really hard.
Charles Martinet has been Mario's official voice since 1990. Nintendo seems to understand consistency. They kept it where it matters.
Meanwhile, Sega got it all backwards. They had a nice team doing the voices in the Sonic series. Then came "Sonic X"; rather than give them the job, serial anime-rapists 4Kids gets other people to voice the cartoon -- and Sega hires them to voice the following games.
I got a new PC, which I plan to make a "hackintosh". So it could be PS2 or USB. However, I've read that the iMate stopped working with OSX 10.4; and even if it worked... $40 for an adapter?!
Everyone bashes the iMac's "hockey puck" mouse, but why don't they mention the keyboard? I've used several crappy keyboards in my life, but that thing is the worst. It was literally a pain to use, typing on it quickly made one's knuckles hurt. The translucent looks of later models made it easy to see the dirt that got in there; any hair and dust was very visible, and you had to open the damn thing to remove it. And the keys soon started to get jammed.
And it's sad to think that Apple's previous keyboard was among the best. On par with the Model M, perhaps. So... if anyone knows how to adapt an ADB keyboard to a PS/2 port, PLEASE tell me!
Freenet is to security as Communism is to human liberty.
I'm guessing AC meant "security" as the anti-copy security that the MAFIAA wants; so Freenet is an enemy of that, as Communism is an enemy of human liberty.
Microsoft's highly touted "Halo 3" video game, made exclusively for its Xbox 360, causes the Xbox to freeze or crash, ruining the game, according to a federal class-action complaint.
It causes "the" Xbox to crash... what Xbox? All Xbox 360s? Only the plaintiff's Xbox 360? Or even the original Xbox, rather than the 360? I can't understand this news.
I haven't read any, but there's got to be something good in them or there wouldn't be people besieging stores where they're sold just to get them the very first day.
I somehow doubt it. I've only watched the first movie, and after that I don't feel like watching or reading any other Harry Potter movie or novel. It's boring, the story is horrible, the characters are unlikeable. I think it's more hype than actual value... I'm guessing it is the Pokemon of fantasy novels.
The good book says: I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for the sake of mine.
I'm still using 5.5 most of the time because I didn't like the last major overhaul with 6.0.
Who modded this as flamebait? I have to agree, the old interface was better! The options toolbar on the top steals vertical space; and since most monitors are landscape-shaped, that's bad design.
A better alternative would be a 5-star rating:
1 - awful
2 - poor
3 - decent
4 - great
5 - awesome
Jaleel White? No, I mean Ryan Drummond, from the Sonic Adventure games.

No, that's what the evil book says.

Alright... things are easy when you're big in Japan.
Or a scotsman.
This news just in: technology advances and gets cheaper. Film at eleven.
Or tubes?
Damn, I got the link wrong. Here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Party_Mix_(video_game)
The first party game was probably Party Mix for the Atari 2600 + the Starpath Supercharger add-on. That was 16 years before the original Mario Party.
Steve Jobs can buy new furniture for his building; but he has to place it exactly where the old furniture was, or else the tenants complain.
