It sorta feels like when a big company pays millions to put their name on a stadium shortly before it becomes apparent that they really shouldn't have paid those millions.
Why doesn't Google/Alphabet say, "Fine. You don't like what we have to offe? We will shut it down for a week. The citizens of your various EU countries will provide some feedback about that.
During the 1980s, I remember reading an article in InfoWorld (a magazine about IT for the enterprise - a magazine aimed at managers) in which Steve Jobs describes his first experience with acid.
It is pretty weird that Tesla and GM have the same market capitalization - about $55 billion. Tesla has a lot of potential, but it seems most of it is already in the stock price.
'Cause you can see the filaments! Just like in a toy plasma globe! Plasma can conduct electric currents, which proves the filaments conduct electricity!
This means we don't need dark matter OR the General Theory of Relativity!
I made this comment in the story that is about to roll off the bottom of the page...
At home, I have used Linux - first Redhat, then Fedora - since about 1999. I have never used any sort of virus/malware scanning software. As far as I know, I have never had any malware. I don't know how common this is.

And Albert whatsisname was an immigrant, and he turned out to be a pretty good physicist.
There is a difference between "immigrants" and "foreigners".
Just wait till it goes the way of MySpace.
I (almost) always do a backup before I reboot my computer. But I have been on Linux since 1999. Thank $DEITY.
You're talking like it is your computer, rather than a ==> Microsoft <== computer.
No kidding.

When I got into the game, 'bout 1980, IBM was having legal troubles because of "bundling".
Some time later, it was Microsoft with legal troubles because of "bundling".
Now it's Google. And bundling.

For that the stars would have to be electrically charged. A lot.
Best to explicitly make the point that stars are not (significantly) electrically charged. It seems most EU nutters believe that they are.

FTFY
They patent "putting a microphone where you want to hear people"?
Or, is it a patent on "monitoring employees"?. Does the fact that they are specifying the employees to monitor (check-out clerks) make it patentable?
I imagine that you would still want to do animal studies.
Untill you are really sure of the AI/ML, you don't prescribe it to people just because the software says "3mg per kg of body mass" is fine.

Hey Inforwars has great news. Didn't you see the on about how the elites keep their sex slaves on Mars? CNN wouldn't dare publish such news.
