    Pair programming is a little difficult for some people, especially really smart people...
    IANASP (smart person) - Pair programming is difficult for arrogant people. Arrogant doesn't mean smart. I've met plenty of smart folk who listen well and can handle criticism.

    These work best in bright sunlight, although can appear washed out in dim indoor use.

    What's interesting is that in only two weeks time the NetBSD team made dramatic improvements.

    Colour me cynical, but just maybe the improvements are targeted to produce a better benchmark rather than broader scalability.
