    the users fuck up one computer, or maybe even introduce a virus to their office, a malicious IT worker could be quietly poisoning backup tapes for months, or better yet, configure the backup and restore system to use encryption reading the key off a USB key plugged into the back of the machine, when he quits he takes the usb key, or wipes it, and all that data becomes a pile of useless bits

    if you are smart enough to use encryption, but not smart enough to use deniable encryption you just plain aren't smart enough to deserve getting away with whatever you have hidden in there.

    just throw in a few dozen bondage and bukkake movies and you will have a perfect explaination when the pigs raid your house and take your computer as to why that volume is encrypted.... you were hiding your kinky pornos from your friends/girlfriend/wife/boyfriend/sister

    why would they make a Wii version of the Unreal 3 engine? the hardware the Unreal 3 engine is designed to take advantage of isn't present in the Wii, and the Unreal 2 Engine is perfectly capable of utilizing the Wii.

    it would be a waste of money since they already have the Unreal 2 engine to sell to developers for the Wii.

    i have personally witnessed not 1, not 2, but 3 windows machines shit all over their boot partition to the point where it needed to be wiped and reinstalled in response to a USB device (keyboards and memory sticks) being removed or added during startup or shutdown.

    without a contract authorizing audits they wouldn't even get a chance to look, you can't just go fishing for violations you need either a contract authorizing audits or evidence to show the judge
