    As a long term MS user. I find this as a mistake. I don't like cloud computing BTW and i'll keep my stuff here at home not on someones server. Why should i pay someone to keep my files when i can do just as carefully here?

    I use Wiki nominally so i don't care about this situation. I am personally not surprised about this because when it (the site) first popped up years ago i thought to myself "what's to keep someone who's pissed off at you putting up whatever they want about you?".

    Is there a way to turn it off after installation? I will also mention the fact that a bunch of bundled software can be gotten rid of after you turn on your brand new laptop/PC.

    Have you read the TOS for moderators? ( http://tech.slashdot.org/moderation.shtml ) I'm not going into rant mode but go look at /. a little harder and you might see it for what it's for.
    It sounds to me you are ungrateful.

    I have a lot of experience on this subject: p>

    I get 1 or 2 sinus infections a year and the antibiotics don't work for me. With that said, i found out that Pseudoephedrine is far better for me because it reduced my sinuses and relieved the pressure that goe's along with it and i just rode what pain i had for 3 to 5 days so the sinus cavity could dry out and i would be fine.

    I think your are correct for the most part.

    But, there are some deeper problems that a real tech can fix especially if it's a laptop type model.

    Our boards and CPU"s have been brought down cheaper?

    Folks like to throw away MACS and PC's at an amazing pace if and only if it doe's not do what they want it to do.

    Think about that.

    Palin put a crosshairs over the congresswoman's face in a political setting.

    The congressman's opponent last time had a rally where they fired M-16's to show how they felt about his opposition.

    You really shouldn't mix guns and politics unless you expect something like this to happen. It's just irresponsible. Our leaders (both sides) have become irresponsible. Lots of people are hurting while a tiny wealthy percentage is doing extremely well.

    The government is giving Trillions ("T", plural now 2.1) to the wealthy and has tried multiple time to cut about 20 billion in benefits to keep people from falling into absolute poverty.

    It's really not the time for Fox and the right wing republicans to be making jokes about shooting people.

    As you all know, if you don't use your account you will lose it.

    I lost mine about 4 years ago and went back recently to Hotmail and they let me in just fine, same password and everything.

    At the very least, it's better than Google keeping all your stuff forever.
