We use track-it only for the remote control functionality and I absolutely hate it. It has to easily be the worst remote control package available. I used to think I hated Novell's.... No longer. Besides it looking horrible, if you hit a ctrl key or the windows key it will make that button stuck on the client. Sometimes I just have to get up and walk to the server because I can't read what I need off the screen. I've tried to get my boss to let us switch to VNC but he says he doesn't trust free software.....
I would say based on the provided verses he has given that friendly 5 dollar poker night with the guys doesn't really fall under 'sin'. You definitely aren't looking to get rich quick with that and when the stakes are pretty low like that, is it really about the money or playing cards with your buddies? I'd say it's about the time with your buddies.
Maybe it also depends if sin is in the eye of the beholder. But that's a whole other arguement.
I would do something like freenx. She can start up her own gnome or kde session in a window on her XP machine and run programs like that. It would probably be a little easier on the eyes, as far as how the program looks, I would think. Less software on the client side to worry about once it is configured....
They are currently doing a complete recode of sendmail. It is called Sendmail X and it is supposed to have security in mind from the ground up. It's currently in beta. sendmail.org has more info about it than I do. I believe I heard it will have an easier config file as well, the.ini style that a lot of other programs use.
"Playing right into their hands" assumes the terrorist goal was to errode our freedoms away. I know that's popular opinion because of propaganda thrown around shortly after 9/11. Isn't their primary goal for the West to stop meddeling in the affairs of the Middle East and surrounding region?
A friend and I have an arrangement: If one of us dies the other one has to break into their house and steal all the porn before parents/grandparents find it while going through the belongings.
They mentioned Autoerotic aspyxiation on The X-Files one time and I made the mistake of looking it up on the net.... Some thing you just wish you could unlearn.
I can testify that they are not in the least afraid of having an opinion or speaking it in public
Then why do the people who are there on missionary trips have to speak in code when communicating back to people outside of China and vice versa? If you were to get off a plane in Beijing or some other city, would you be fine with holding a Bible in your hands?
I think your target audience should be a big factor. Do you see there being a good chance that elderly people with bad eye sight could be visiting it often? There are still a lot of people out there with 800x600 resolutions. If you develop at a higher screen res then you will look like you don't really know what you are doing in the eyes of those people and it is so easy to hit back and look through other google results that have a design more suited to them.
On the other hand if you are developing something that primarily kids/teens/young adults will be visiting then you could probably safely bump it up to 1024x768 or maybe even higher, but that might be pushing it.
Middle click is great if you are using windows, it's what I do. But if you are in Linux and you middle click on a tab it will try to paste whatever there is to be pasted into the address box. It would be great if I could get it to close while in Linux....
When you are on a public terminal you can type in your username and/or password by typing in the last half of it then use your mouse and go the front of the text box and type in the 1st half. It's not full proof but at least someone won't have your password in plain view in front of them.
I work in the IT dept of a hospital and all of the computers in the Lab area have sticker that say something to the effect of "YOU MUST WEAR GLOVES WHILE USING THE KEYBOARD".
Actually, there are several other texts dating back from that time period that talk about a major flood. Some believe the Hebrew account of it may have been derived from another source. I did some googling and found a reference to this:
I liked how the Passion of the Christ started in the theater I went to. Everybody was seated and the movie just started. No commericials, no trailers. Just the opening credits.

I believe Saudi Arabia has the largest, followed by Iran, then Iraq. This of course does not change you point one bit, just a clarification.
I know it was a sham, but the only time it even made me smile was the random shark attack at the very end. Genius!
The only reason I even opened this story was to see if anybody would make a PeeWee joke.

If you've seen the videos I've seen you won't want to be wearing a tin foil hat when you're near and MRI machine........
Oh yeah! That makes more sense....
Fuck the article? I must not be in a good mood today....
Shouldn't that be TFA?
The Fucking Article as opposed to Fuck The Article....
Or am I just off on my acronyms today?

You know I can never go to sleep immediately after programming. I have stupid 'for' loops going through my head I can't make them stop!

I say it should be Erica Durance, who plays Lois Lane in Smallville.
I thought if you actually paid you get and asterick by your name. You don't have one.
Who in the hell modified this to Insightful???

If you buy a ticket for 2 or more people than it already is.
