I would disagree, there's a lot of games that truly push the Gamecube's graphics, just think of Resident Evil 1 and 0. My jaw dropped when I first played RE 1 on the Gamecube, it looks absolutely amazing. Capcom was a huge advocate of the Sega, and now they've moved on to Nintendo.
Umm... yeah, there's a working Saturn emulator, called Girigiri. The guys who wrote it were eventually hired by Sega and they licensed it for a service in Japan.
Heh, add I-Ninja to that list... only half of the games are Gamecube exclusives. Besides, he forgot the Resident Evil remake (it's changed enough to be a new game) and Resident Evil 0. If there's anything that needs to be on that list, it's RE.
Works fine? Maybe your definition of fine is different than mine... WMP on OS X is horrible. It's the slowest thing I've ever used; VLC and MPlayer play back Microsoft's own video format far faster than their own product does. I can usually play back high-resolution DivX movies fine on my old iMac, but if I try to watch a crappy little WMV I often get about 1fps in WMP. Oh, and the interface is horrible (tries to look like a native OS X app and fails) and I often run into video it refuses to play. That's not even mentioning how you can't install it if your drive is formatted as UFS.
Am I the only person who thinks that the Controller S is still too big? I have relatively big hands, and yet the PSX/Gamecube controllers are much more comfortable for me.
Ah, good point... don't forget Virtua Fighter 2 and Dead or Alive (only released in Japan unfortunately). Both of those were far beyond anything the Playstation could do graphically (VF2 looked and played great, and DOA looked better than anything else on either platform IMHO). I still play VF2 occasionally, as a fighting game it's pretty much perfect.
Panzer Dragoon Saga was good too, it's a shame that the only chance most people will ever have to play it is a pirated copy. I won't argue that the Saturn had nearly as many good games as the PS1, but there were some amazing gems.
By the way, it seems like some batteries are more susceptible than others. My first iPod worked fine, but it was replaced on warranty for unrelated issues and the replacement's battery started to go in just a few months. You might get lucky and have a long-lasting battery, or you might get screwed.
P.S. You have a 3rd generation iPod. The second generation added a touch-sensitive scroll wheel, the third is entirely touch-sensitive.
I would not recommend that at all. It's possible to run OS X on an original Bondi Blue iMac, but it's really too slow for average use. Works nice as a server or something, but I think that a beginner would be really turned of OS X by the performance.
Yeah, just about anything should be applicable. I'm sure they could find some code "similar to (iii) any Code contained in or Method devised or developed in (iv) UNIX System V or UnixWare(R), or (v) any modification or derivative work based on or licensed under UNIX System V or UnixWare." in any *nix variant... even a Hello World could fit into a definition that broad.
The PowerMac G5. Technically it should be able to support more than 8GB, but only 8GB is supported by Apple.
Umm, right. You might have a point if copying an alias to a CD would burn a backup of the program and its associated files in OS X.

Nope, it says 40 lbs for the 20 inch iMac.
Ah, yeah... sorry, I just assumed that your link was something else, like a forum discussion. My bad.

Are you trying to deny that Ballmer fondled donkeys? Sheesh, Microsoft apologists some days...

Gamecube good god what were you thinking.
:)
Even more so!

...on Slashdot where every corporation is EEEVVIIIILLLLL (except for AMD, IBM, VA systems, and occasionally Novell)
Don't forget Apple. I love their products but people seem to get sucked into the RDF sometimes.
Except these 0.1 releases of OS X improve a lot more than almost any 1.x release of OS 7-9 ever did. Great troll.
You sure about that? ba, small tsu, ru, ma. You can extend any sound with a small tsu, AFAIK (2 years of Japanese under my belt, so i could be wrong).
BARRUMA!
(no joke)
A bit unwieldy, and a bit insane too. Imagine the power requirements, space consumed, and noise/heat.
Sad thing is, there were security holes in Windows that allowed just that to happen. I'm not saying it wasn't FUD though.
All generations of iPods can be affected by this.

Obviously a misspelled fsck.
turned off of.
I should probably look into this "Preview" button thing someday.

I don't know about you, but I've ordered a whole new set of punch cards in anticipation of the court rulings.

Heh, dammit... this is what I get for reading posts fast before replying to them. Apologies.
