To claify, in the UK copying of a CD is not fair dealing, but we won't get sued:

    http://www.out-law.com/page-6986

"We believe that we now need to make a clear and public distinction between copying for your own use and copying for dissemination to third parties and make it unequivocally clear to the consumer that if they copy their CDs for their own private use in order to move the music from format to format we will not pursue them." - British Phonographic Institute Chairman Peter Jamieson

If they were to sue you for this in the UK they would lose spectacularly.

The Conservative MP Michael Fabricant, whose constituency includes the farm, described the protesters as "animal rights terrorists".
    and

Evan Harris, the Liberal Democrat science spokesman, called the news "a victory for terrorism and extremism".

My house 3 years ago had a big sign in the entrance warning people to be careful when opening packages after attacks from animal rights activists. They are widely considered to be terrorists in the UK.

Tom, what makes you say that? Some beers simply must be poured into a glass (bottle conditioned), like many home-brew real ales, and even some continental beers are bottle conditioned, although this is much less common considering the use of S. cerevisiae in Lagers makes it unpractical.

That aside, I will still drink most lagers from a glass as preference, and all ales, with only small (33cl) bottles being consumed directly. How are you supposed to get a decent head without a pour?

Oh and freezing your beer, are you MAD man? It needs to be be at the storage temperature: a couple of degrees for ales, -5 odd for lagers, but shouldn't be starting to freeze.
