This has a lot of potential for marketing serials and comic books, which are very popular in asia.
Especially if you could print a sample couple of pages of something you were interested in (limited free pages per month, tied to your credit card number) independant comic book publishers and writers who produce serials might want to take a look at this.
(the following comment may seem sexist but its my opinion)
I also bet women could be targeted if this thing was put in walmarts, supermarkets etc. and carried womens fiction in serial format.
I like the idea, where can I buy this nachine ?
Join, the military (probably the air force for you), its got what you're looking for...
And doing well in the military takes more than just being strong or fast or whatever, you've got to be smart realize your own strangths and weaknesses and how they apply to the job at hand.
You'll learn all about what you like and dont like, what is satisfying to you and what is not. Then when you are done, you'll have a leg up in the world.
I thought I was like you, the military showed me how many other bright people there really is and that without applying yourself it doesnt mean a thing.
you could also move to Korea ! it's so safe here that you could pass out drunk in the street with your bag of electronics and the worst that would happen is some concerned passer-by might try to wake you up.
Yeah, learning to fight is probably the best thing to do. May I sincerely recommend Gracie Jiu Jitsu, it is an excellent style that can be used in many situations and will allow you too out manuever oponents who may be larger, stronger or faster than you, seriusly its about technique and "Gracie" is easy to learn and you can practice with your friends with out getting hurt.
About ten years ago, Sun had a plan.
That plan was for computers to be as ubiqitous as TVs and for them to be thin clients. They still develop hardware and software for this purpose. If they sell low cost hardware and software to the "masses" then they come a little closer to realising this dream.
Imagine.. pay per use microsoft apps running on a mainframe. You dont have to shell for a whole office suite, just pay a dollar to use MS word for a day.
I really think Sun is planning on doing doing this. If it works for consumers then business might take notice. Sun sells thin clients now but I dont think anyone really notices. If they can get their name back in the minds eye they stand a chance at selling and supporting apps that will run on a pay per use model, which was their idea ten years ago or so and possibly viable now.

If you read the "findings of facts" against the microsoft corporation you would see how microsoft leveraged their os to do predatory business. It wasnt so much about the browser but more about locking out java, (java apps can eliminate the need for an os, just need a java capable browser on any os). Microsoft withholding their OS from IBM (an OEM manufacturer) during the dotcom era (by draconian certification procedures) had devestating effects on IBM's sales, and showed the industry what they (Microsoft) could do. This is nowhere in the same league, you dont need an ipod to listen to digital music, but it could have been argued that you needed the latest (at least the same as competitors) from microsoft to sell computers. Read the findings against microsoft and learn a little.
its interesting here in korea, 44 million people in a country the size of ohio, everyone has cell phones (CDMA2000) and everyone is tightly packed into a few major cities... the phones are only barely subsidized if at all ! the colour ones cost between (approx) $400 and $600 ! oh and service isnt that cheap either, I think my girlfriend pays around $100 a month for her service... but shes an odd case, I think most people pay around $50.
why not just buy the sony equivilent thats already out ! and can wirelessly browse the internet too, thats what im looking for in the next portable electronic device i buy.
regular exercise is good for the body and I promise it will help you sleep better as well as wake up easier.
But its not always 100%... I got a super loud alarm clock from radio shack for about $ 25 that is really loud and if I know Im not going to get enough sleep when I go to bed I set another alarm (my cell phone, its pretty loud too) for about ten or fifteen minutes after the alarm, this helps against turning off the alarm in my sleep (Ive done this too many times ! even though its across the room !).
The Army also offers the option of paying off your student loans after you complete college (and then join) you dont have to sign up before college or anything. Just after you complete school join the army for four years and take the college load repayment option. I know of lots of people who have done this not to mention that college graduates enter the army at a higher rank and have less problem making promotions (silly army promotion system... no promotion for me !).
Its most useful when paying busfare or on the subway, thats what most people here use it for, i have seen machines at the movies though, i dont usually see people paying for "stuff" with their cell phones though.

actually, you are incorrect, worn out flags are burned in a cerimonious fashion befitting the nations colors.
