Then firefox has failed. Firefox was meant to be "Just a Browser" , not the "An Application Platform by itself" Mozilla route. That is the what it was meant to do - and it sure does.
Is that why it regularly consumes well over 100MB of RAM and more than triples what I've seen from any other browser?
Yeah, I never knew what people were talking about when they bashed Rebellion so much. I'm not saying it was great, or even good, but I never thought it was terrible.
But sometimes the amount of patience I'm willing to put into a game is pretty incredible, and I guess that was one of those times.
The combat sucked, though, I thought. To make a decent 3D realtime space combat engine, dealing with fleet-sized groups, requires a game in itself, really. Like Homeworld. Or, actually, like Nexus...with combat like Nexus has Rebellion would have kept me up for weeks. That said, it did a better job than, say, Master of Orion 3 on that front.
Have you not just kicked all of string theory out of the Science dorm?;-)
Yes. String theory, as it stands, does not belong in science. It's philosophy, until it starts making some kind of prediction. I'm not saying its wrong, not at all. Nor am I saying that it's not a worthy field of study -- but it's basically metaphysics with some math at this point.
Ok, fine. Lay out for me some experiment I can do in which one of the possible outcomes disproves the existance of God or the theory of ID.
I said this to a Christian once. It didn't go well. They said, "I can't, because God DOES exist! You can't disprove something that exists!" Rather missed the point, I think.
I'm the same as you, I rarely even see misspellings of words, and I'm on Arthas. Then again, I've played for maybe a total of an hour in the last month. Maybe I just miss it.
Though I'd like to see him use a broader range of sword attacks instead of the standard horizontal swipe and chargey-circlular-swipey thing.
Well, he DOES. Since OoT, he does. There's that leap attack that does double damage, and the stab, which, if I recall, was by far the best tool to use to defeat certain enemies in at least Wind Waker. Then, Wind Waker introduces the hurricane spin, which is a lot of fun, and, if you want to count them (I do) there's the counter-attack moves.
I don't even want more complexity than that, really. That's complex enough to be fun, but simple enough for you to hold it all in your head and remember it when the time comes.
The only thing about it that ISN'T redundant is the fact that he linked to a site almost entirely composed of articles debunking the media's harsh reporting of his statement.
Any Americans with two neurons left to rub together to make a spark is saddened by the souring of our relationship with you.
It's true, and that's almost fully half of us!
Honestly, 'saddened' is the only word I can think of that fits how I feel about this country. Whenever I think about it I just...sort of...sag. I frown a bit, my back hunches, and I regret, due to my age, having missed the days when American pride and awareness of America's situation weren't mutually exclusive.
Pandaren is a Blizzard created race of Panda men. I believe it's first introduction into their games was WC3. However I could be wrong.
Well, kinda. The race was first unveiled...well, three years ago on this very day. It was the April Fools joke before WC3's release. According to their little article on it, it was to be a fourth playable race.
Then, in the WC3 expansion, the Pandaren Brewmaster made his appearance.
It was the second time a Blizzard April Fools joke actually made it into a game, though I suppose the Diablo 2 cow level was never really a joke at all, and was just cleverly disguised as one.
While I don't disagree with you in the slightest...
It seems that you personally going over everybody's paper personally and as often as they ask is just about as possible as Microsoft writing a perfect grammar checker.
You can't make Temple of Elemental Evil and then expect people to ever have any contact with you again.
Really. It doesn't matter if you've also done good things. Nobody wants to look at a project and determine, based on past history, that it might be good, but it also might be freaking terrible. In fact, determining that it will almost certainly be entirely mediocre is far more pleasant than that.

No. They'd like to, but they won't be able to figure out how.

Did you just not play Shadows of the Empire, or either of the first two Rogue Squadron games?
I mentioned that fact to some people who were waiting for Blizzard to start selling WoW accounts for less than the box price. They weren't pleased.
Publishers suck. Especially VU.
I have played through Psychonauts. On my PC.
I've got another problem with ID...
What intelligent designer would give us two-leg-walking humans a spinal column that is clearly meant to serve a quadraped? Hmm?
*Hold back and walks away wincing*

Mm, it was the first trailer where I went. Followed by Star Wars, then Dark Water, then a clever little teaser for Chicken Little.

Yeah, the first two quizzes were good, if incredibly easy, but that last one was pretty problematic, with at least two debatable/wrong answers.
I wish I still had my mod points. Best post I've seen all week.

UMass has, by far, the most users on the hub, but isn't listed as one of the schools targetted.
Oh yes, I noticed.

If Doom was any indication of the visuals going into Q4, I'm anticipating an awesome game.

Is there a reason that anything one of these companies says has to be a lie?
There is a reason. That reason is that the company's name begins with an "S" and ends with an "ONY".
Read your history. They never tell the truth if they can help it.

Reading his MSN profile, it's pretty much obvious that he wants to shoot some people up. That's not normal.
