What the hell kind of argument is this? I don't want "society" telling me how I should raise my kid, if and when I have one. How is "society" supposed to raise children? Society isn't even an entity, Society is merely a collection of people, and I don't trust people, they are stupid, they will fail unless they have incentive not to (and somtimes even if they do have the incentive). If everyone left their children for "society" to raise, the world would be even more of a shit-hole than it already is.
You're little study doesn't mention how many of those gun deaths occured as a result of someone defending themselves, their property, or others from someone who would've added them to those same statistics.
It also counts gun suicides. Deaths that won't be prevented by a lack of access to guns, but rather just deferred to another medium. Japan has a much larger suicide rate than US, but those aren't counted in the gun-death-rate, because they can't get the guns so they just do it another way (pills, jumping off a building, vehicles, etc). It is hardly fair to blame suicides (or any of these numbers) on guns.
If someone wants to kill hiself (or another) he will. Not having a gun means that he'll just find another way to do it. When I have my gun at my side tho, people don't have to be worried about getting murdered in the streets, however, they do have to worry about getting shot as a result of coming after me with a knife or a gun. If it takes deadly force to defend my life, then it is more than worth it to put some piece-of-crap street-scum in an early grave.
Any of these examples are not the fault of the guns, they are the fault of the person who decides to initiate violence (on themselves or others). I hate to repeat cliches, but guns don't kill people, people kill people. This has been true since the beginning of time, and will continue to be true forever (despite what people like you would like the public to believe).
You cannot say that there is no legal obligation to accept returns in the USA. This is a state-by-state issue, something that has nothing to do with the federal (formerly condfederal) government. In my state, retailers are required to accept returns if the item is defective. IANAL, but I'm pretty sure that you don't even need a reason to return larger ticket items (such as appliances and cars).
You mean this comment is my own property for 95 years just because I wrote it...
Stay back fools and don't quote me. You'd better believe I'll protect my rights!
Under your logic, it's okay to disparage an entire group based on religion ("F'ing Jews!"), hairstyle ("damn longhaired hippies!"), and choice of OS ("commie Open Sourcers!"). Those are all choices too. Exactly, now you get it.
About a week ago. Cost me bout $6.50 for a 100-120 minute movie. There is a theatre round here that used to be 5.25 for matinees and students, then it was 5.50, now its 5.75, all within a year. Still cheaper than that place tho.
Yeah, I just got my PS2 back on Friday. It has been broken for more than a year. I bought it on launch day (>4 years ago). The DVD drive went bad, and they fixed it for free.
Here's another article (http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m3469/i s_47_54/ai_111532570). It is obvious that the company that produces the Czech beer was not around untill long after Budweiser was sold by Anheuser.
"Budejovicky Budvar was founded in 1895 in Ceske Budejovice--called Budweis by the German-speaking people that populated the area at the time. Beer has been brewed there since 1265." (Brewed there, not under that name or by that company.)
Actually, according to this Czech article(http://www.detnews.com/2004/business/0401/ 20/b03-40534.htm), beers from that region were known as "Budweiser" but were not sold under that name.
"Budejovicky Budvar was established in 1895 in Ceske Budejovice, called Budweis at the time by the German-speaking people who formed about 40 percent of the area's population. Beer has been known here for centuries as Budweiser. The founders of Anheuser-Busch used the name for their product because it was so well-known. The St. Louis-based brewer, founded in 1852, began producing Budweiser, America's first national beer brand, in 1876...Anheuser-Busch, however, claims it started using the Budweiser brand in 1876 and registered it two years later, 19 years before its Czech rival came into existence."
Actually, the Budweiser in St. Lewis was around several years before the Chezch beer. Do your research before you start to spread lies like that. Just cause its from the "old world" doesn't mean it's older. The american is the "original" as you say.
Yes, it has a single-player mode (30-40 hours IIRC) which should be very good. However, to play it you must activate it on Steam (through the Internet). So, no internet = no HL2, not even single player.
It would matter to me, except, I'm no good at games that require good reflexes and coordination. Although that has been different the last few days, I usually get a below average score.
It's done right now. PC and PS2 gamers share the same world in FFXI.
I'm pretty sure no real game (even pong) would run if it couldn't get a fraction of that.

It's a little thing called 'logic.' It tends to do that. Everyone wish me a happy 21st B-Day
Unfortunately, Amazon decided to put a warehouse in western Kansas, so now I get to pay taxes on all my Amazon purchases anyways.
Has anyone else had similar bad luck??

or any other LED for that matter....

It will work with any OBD-II car. If your car is '96 or newer, it has OBD-II. If it is older, you will have to check for your individual car.

Man, you're analogy is soooo wrong. People don't choose to be black (or any other ethinic/racial minority), they however, choose to be lawyers.
How is that sexist?
Yeah, too late, they're batting for the other team.

Or, you call up Sony, pay $10-15 to ship it to them, and they fix it for free.

"games that require huge machines (like HL2) come out only on CD"
Actually, HL2 will be sold on CD or DVD. It's up to the user.

You're forgetting something. Bush won Florida by over 500 votes. The counts and recounts proved this, get over it.
