You have the legal right to copy any CD you buy whether or not you buy blank "Audio CD-Rs" and pay the tax. You can buy regular CD-Rs and make copies in your computer. The only thing you need audio CD-Rs for is if you have a stereo unit for buring CDs.

A subpeona can only make someone turn over information that they have. If they had no logs when they received the notice then they must simply state that. However, if they destroy the logs after receiving the subpeona, they are in BIG trouble.
Since when have international phone calls been brought to us by the UN? I was under the impression that most intercontinental phone lines and communication sattelites (used for regular phone calls) are privately owned.
I assume you mean a Palm Pilot. Why would he need one of those to read books?? I read for years before I ever got one. I still often read books without using mine.
