    Where did you say you live? It's not the USA, cause Hitler killed a lot more people than any leader of the USA (possibly excluding Lincoln) ever has.

    Or, you could do as many people do and carry a camera with you, or in the glove box of your car. Most people who own and use PDAs carry them with them anyways. That's why they own them. My cell phone is not a full fledged PDA, but it will let me save appointments and phone numbers.

    It says right on the download page: "This category contains the latest releases from the TA Spring project. Some of the downloads includes the TA mod XTA which, like all TA mods, contains content from the game Total Annihilation. Therefore you will have to own a copy of TA to legally use this content."

    I wouldn't know, I've never bought a CD that had built in copy protection. None of that new shit that they put the protection on is worth owning anyways, whether or not it's free.

    You have the legal right to copy any CD you buy whether or not you buy blank "Audio CD-Rs" and pay the tax. You can buy regular CD-Rs and make copies in your computer. The only thing you need audio CD-Rs for is if you have a stereo unit for buring CDs.

    c) demand is climbing (China, anyone?) Let's not forget the absolute necessity of owning an SUV. Afterall, they're not about carrying people, they are made simply to burn gas. Everyday I see people driving around (BY THEMSELVES) in huge-ass trucks only getting 15 miles to the gallon. They could just as easily be in a smaller car getting 25-30 mpg, but then they think they have the right to bitch about gas prices. THEY ARE CAUSING IT.

    A subpeona can only make someone turn over information that they have. If they had no logs when they received the notice then they must simply state that. However, if they destroy the logs after receiving the subpeona, they are in BIG trouble.
