Does this mean the WD disks will crash even faster?
Seriously...they should put some effort into reliability first, maybe then they wouldn't have to be as concerned about losing customers.
Bad timing? yes Related? No... If they removed the IOS images, how would having someone's login enable them to get at something that's no longer there?
If you are reporting news, try to get the story correct: No passwords were compromised, Cisco took a proactive stance to remedy something that had the possibility of occuring.
"It has been brought to our attention that there is an issue in a Cisco.com search tool that
could expose passwords for registered users,"
This also had nothing to do with Lynn, even though the media would like to tie them together. It was brought to Cisco's attention by a completely separate company.
My guess is that they are willing to eat a very large cost for the eventual large ROI (imagine the profit potential of being to only carrier to have fiber to each door in america)
I think a lot of people are missing the point, to push the envelop on what can be done, and on what they said could not be done. I applaud the efforts and sincerely hope it does open a new path in the travel industry.
I've been doing this same thing for years now....guess I just never thought to put it up on/.:-)
Several years ago, when I was studying for my certs, I decided to compile all my material into a book.
It has since grown into two separate books, one for the CCNA and one for the CCIE.
While they used to be free, I decided to begin charging a small fee (10 bux), but only enough to cover the costs of my website -- incidentally, I've never really been able to recoup that.
If anyone is interested, the books, along with loads of free material are available (both online and downloadable) at gdd.net.
Please note that I do like for folks to register, but it is free and rather painless;-).
For those who are interested, I run a free website (simple registration required) that has
tons of CCNA, CCDA, CCDP, CCNP and CCIE goodies.
The url is http://www.gdd.net

You must be joking... You think that such lewd acts don't really happen? Perhaps not to you or people in your circle, but I assure you, they exist.
You'll be happy to know there is an online version of Magic: The Gathering at http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=magic/magicon line
I second this. I would really like to see more development on the end game. (I haven't played in 2 weeks as it has gotten somewhat boring).

All this and not a single 4 assed dog joke? I guess there's a shortage of Southpark fans out here...
It's called Gentoo
Uhh, wrong jackass...
And what kind of a name is Panty Hose anyways?
If you really had a PHD, I doubt you'd be dumb enough to believe that.
"Shirley you can't be serious"

Excessive, but neat nonetheless...
Hunh? What's wrong with knowing who's using my server?
