These are closed fiber dark networks with no internet connections. Regular reports are mandatory and happen every year/. just found a retarded civilian write-up and posted it.
It's called 5G they get to be ISP's and content creators if they can get the government to foot most of the $11 Trillion price tag to blanket the USA in massive MIMO towers.
Says the guy that has probably never needed to call Cisco TAC lvl2 about a zero day bug found in a $10 mil+ DC.
There's lots of competitors out there and the telco I work for has all of them in small amounts in both DC's but none of them comes close to Cisco TAC until that changes we won't move over anything major over to the wannabe's except edge devices (Aruba switch/controller/ap combo's).
Juniper comes the closest but there layer7 support (next gen firewalls like Palo's) isn't there yet.
The spectrum and network which T-Mo doesn't have. Yes they just bought some spectrum but not enough and not enough new towers to run a real network now that the AT&T/Verizon sweetheart deal is over. They were about to get raped by the big two monsters to use there backbone.
As an enteral engineer I can say Sprint has an amazing backbone it's just not good at the front end which is about the only thing T-Mo has so it's not a bad fit. Better than the Nextel merger at least. Also moving from CDMA and dual LTE has been a priority last year and this one.
No problem douchebag, er I mean losfromla. I could care less what your woke opinion is.
I've been to most of those countries. I doubt you've been outside of mama's basement so relevancy counts in this conversation.

To further compound the problem at least half of the worlds population is idiots (yes I'm being generous).
So Google is just like every large company on the planet? Who would have thought it.
Your kidding yourself if you think that's just Facebook.
Engadget's still around?

Beakman's World has better science in it that the EE grad pretending to be a scientist.
I find it offensive that you would put Neil Degrasse Tyson name in the same line as a real scientist like Carl Sagan.
TL:DR; dumb-ass
Non-USA citizens are only protected by a partial 5th amendment and the measures given by the executive branch that changes every 4 or 8 years.
It's amazing how little people know/understand US law around here.
Ask old 'horseface' how easy it is to win a defamation case ... and rightly so.
All you need to know is author information:
Basque Centre for Climate Change (BC3), 48940, Leioa, Spain
Department of Physics, Shanghai University, 200444, Shanghai, China
Those two universities have had more "research" retracted than the rest combined.
"For example: Slashdot"
That's the funniest thing I've read all week.
News at 11 ~ Reddit users are bitching about something again!
Wait when did sane technical people start treating the Verge like a big boy website ?

You really need to look up what that actually means ...
Irrelevant, it was a non-binding agreement not ratified by congress so we where never in it to begin with.

And yet the USA has currently the cleanest air since the industrial revolution.
Bitter and stupid, a potent mix indeed.
I'm sure your hippie communal parents are proud of your intolerance.
There's the bitter hate that marks a moron in a hurry.
That's the funniest thing I've read all day, thanks I needed a good laugh (really no sarcasm intended).
There is absolutely no "right wing presence" on /. it's just that your so far left you think the middle is right.
+1 this, China, Canada and Mexico are prime examples of long term benefit.
