    MS is promoting pure fud. MS would NEVER sue a company for patent violation. IBM has a lot more patents on softare than MS and has already promised to let Open Source use those patents. By the amount of patents IBM has, Microsoft is violating one of them. That is why MS will never sue, but threaten to sue, ie FUD.

    Nobody is going to flood china with refugees, at worst, china will have a lot of dead bodies on their hands as the shoot anyone who crosses the border with North Korea. China has done just that with Tibetan refugees fleeing over the Himalaya's, they will have no problem doing it to North Koreans. The Chinese do not care about life, they'll just charge South Korea for all the bullets.

    I would think the RIAA would like what DVD Jon is doing (for a change). The RIAA is pissed at Apple because Jobs forces them to negotiate so their songs can be sold for $.99. We could see the RIAA put money behind DVD Jon if Apple decides to sue him. The reason being is that if other players can now play songs from the iTunes music store (or another online music store can sell songs with FairPlay DRM) that takes Job's negotiating power away. The RIAA can now use the tier pricing they want to implement but can't because of Job's stronghold on the market.

    mod me redundant, but I will NEVER install a program on my computer that will possably lead to child pornography getting on my computer. Give me an option to restrict what is on my hard drive, and then I will use FreeNet.

    I know the philosophical argument for FreeNet, but in modern American politics that does not matter one wit. If you are found with child pornography on your computer you mine as well kill yourself because you will be a marked person for the rest of your life, and NEVER be able to make anything of your life.
