Sorry, but when Pokemon becomes a lifestyle you need to come up from your mother's basement and see the sun.

Speaking of, when did everything start becoming a "lifestyle" anyways? Eating a certain way is a "lifestyle". Recycling is a "lifestyle". Apparently, playing a video game is a "lifestyle". It sounds like a marketing gimmick of some kind.

There are a lot of original ideas. Just because a game is original doesn't mean that it is a good game. If you want your game to sell it has to be both good and likable by a lot of people. That's just business. No use complaining about it; Either reduce your costs so your original, unpopular game can make some profit, or temper your original idea with some more popular ones. I have no pity for this guy, sorry. Like any piece of software, you have to be willing to make compromises.

Even when my body starts to break it down the molecules that made up the cake become part of me (and other molecules become NOT a part of me). In fact, it is possible that tiny pieces of cake that I ate five or six years ago are still with me! Here is some information on the replacement rate of cells in your body, and since what you eat helps build some of those cells, well... You have a good point. Additionally, if there was a satellite radio monopoly it wouldn't prevent a second party from starting up to compete - which would certainly happen if the one monopoly company started abusing customers. In general I think that keeping monopolies down is good for capitalism, and in this case it may still be the right thing to do, but I don't see any great harm in allowing the two to merge.

If your network provider is giving you crappy service to the sites you care about, then find a new provider or pay for better access. What ever happened to capitalism in America? This whole 'Net Neutrality' stinks of over-regulation. Giving it a friendly name doesn't make it a good idea.

The thing most people seemed to hate was the development plans. Getting used to development plans takes time and they never were explained well in the manual, but after some online research I found some very in depth explanations. I doubt it; After all, a large manufacturing company has the resources to build thousands of these things and buy the raw materials in massive quantities, lowering their total price greatly.

Then there is the idea of convenience. Sure, I could print up 24 forks for my party, but it might take an hour or two or four depending on the speed of the thing - or, I could walk down to the dollar store and grab a pack of 100. I also don't have to make the initial investment of $2,400 (or less in the future, I'm sure).

There is still shipping and whatnot involved, but even so; the initial cost of entry into this technology, the convenience factor, and mass production would keep manufacturing alive and well.
