The lucky grad students are the ones that don't get stuck with the night job in the Rat Room. No amount of washing will diminish the smell to the point of your being able to get a date. Your only hope is if the poor soul curating the dead shark collection is of the opposite sex.
Clearly making a good mp3 player wasn't enough to sell a good mp3 player. My first mp3 player was a Rio Nitrus, which I thought was a better player than the first gen iPod. It had less storage, but a better form factor in my mind. Unfortunately, it never got enough market share. Rio brought out the larger capacity Carbon, but the much-anticipated Chroma, never made it out the door, and my next player was an 80GB iPod.
Apple had the manufacturing capacity and capital to keep bringing updated iPods to market on a regular schedule, the same as they are doing with the iPad. I'm waiting to see and handle the Playbook, because I'm a Blackberry user, but I'm afraid that RIM has missed the boat bringing a first gen product into competition with Apple's second gen iPad. Having owned enough orphan hardware in my life, I will probably wind up with an iPad3.
I don't think MS knows how to be a hardware company. I'm typing on an MS ergo keyboard, which I like, and I guess we can call Xbox/Xbox 360 a success. However, they have way more failures than I can count. They also aren't very good at providing software support for the new directions hardware takes. They're always playing catchup.
Since you obviously don't have cable there under your rock, this Huffington Post article may help your understanding. You could also try the risky gambit of hunting up a video clip on the interweb, but be warned: the goggles, they do nothing!
Please NO! T-Mobile has been great to me for years. They unlock my phones for free with no hassle at all. Their service people speak English and actually know what they are doing. AT&T is a subsidiary of SATAN, LLP. There are reasons people used to throw Molotov Cocktails at them. I need GSM, because I travel. This gives me no choice at all. ARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!
I propose that we move the annual flame war over date formats to the first week of January each year. It makes more sense coming right after New Year's Day. In addition to date format, we can devote a day to vi vs. emacs, windows vs. linux vs. apple os, etc. As for Pi Day, we will be celebrating in our office with apple, cherry, blackberry, and lemon pies.
I can already do that by sending a message using the Facebook client on my smartphone. BB Messenger works great for folks with Blackberries. There are also 5 other IM clients on my phone. Although I used ICQ extensively years ago, its only function now seems to be receiving solicitations from Russian hookers.
Why the hell are they attacking a damn grocery store? Granted the whole supremarché idea is subversive to French culture, but still, why not pick on Franprix? Is G20 more evil in some way that escapes me? Granted their bread and cheese suck, but they have an excellent selection of € 2.00 wines.
They do road course hereabouts at Infineon/Sears Point. I never go, but it's interesting that all of the big points leaders on the Left Turn Circuit get their asses wiped there.
>Leavy said that the company's partners had been supportive following the hack. The proposals for Bank of America and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce were simply responses to requests for services that HBGary had received. "HBGary Federal is a services company and they were asked to develop proposals," she told Threatpost.
I see. That fact that the "services" are illegal, immoral, and unethical really doesn't enter in, because they're a service company and this is a service. Sort of like a hit man is just an HR professional specializing in staff reduction services.
Who's this "we" that you speak of. Fiat currency is as rare as some asshole with ulterior motives decides it should be. I'm not trying to imply that gold is the solution,...
Having owned a few Fiats, I think a Fiat backed currency is a terrible idea. The damn things just don't last. And convertibility? Hah! It's all one way. You spend currency to buy one, lots more to keep it running, and then you can never get squat for it if you want to sell it. Gold is a much better choice.
In terms of energy cost, getting to Earth orbit is the hard part. Transition to Lunar orbit is relatively cheap. The next hard part is getting down to the surface without making a new crater.
A bigger problem over here in old blighty is articulated lorries getting stuck by driving down roads that are too narrow or otherwise unsuitable. One big problem in this case is it's virtually impossible to turn a lorry on a narrow road.
Around here many roads have signs that say "Trucks Over 28 Feet From Kingpin To Axle Prohibited." The number varies with the radius of the sharpest curve. They don't seem to do much good as truckers regularly ignore them and get stuck, blocking the road for hours.

Agreed. I'm much more likely to reuse the case.

about when Phoenix University and similar schools began to gain some sort of recognition in the community at large.
The problem is that Phoenix University has a reputation.
Yes, that 16% graduation rate is widely recognized.

Who knew there were that many 14 year old Emo chicks?
I don't quite understand that. Can you award punitive damages in a civil case, which is what copyright infringement should be?
Yes. Where else would they be awarded? In a criminal matter they are called fines.

Are we sure it was Shatner> Did he try to hit on Nicole Stott?

The Horse is dead, you can stop beating upon its carcass.
Agreed. However, Lucas keeps reanimating it into ZombieHorse. We have no choice but to pound it into a greasy pulp or let it devour our brains.
oh and stop going around in circles.

The hitting someone part may be part of the design.
I think you're confusing this with the Cheech Marin film, Born in East L.A., .
Only once.

West Virginia is still working on Rural Electrification.
If you drive truck for a living, you know exactly what that means.
