    I agree.

I loved watching the Looney tunes cartoons as well as others.
There was a Bugs Bunny cartoon with Pete Puma wherein Bugs repeatedly asks "How many lumps ya want". After he got an answer he would pound Pete that many times in the head. I have not seen it since I was a child although I will still watch them now.

I heard an article on NPR that spoke of the book version selling in China.

What was interesting is that the Chinese publisher knew it was being pirated and seemed to take it as a given. From what I read/hear about China I would bet that any product made there has about a handful or more of people/companies making exact, unauthorized duplicates.

Sure, save some money in production. While you're at it make copies of the schematics and plans and air drop them as well.

I have the nvidia drivers installed but as they are rw_rw_rw upon booting when I startx they get a kick which renders (pun meant!) them thus; rw_rw_ _ _ _. WTF?

Well Blag is FC3 and Redhat has a incompatable scsi lib that means I can barely burn a disk so I probably have a goofy install.

For now I must su and issue chmod 666 /dev/nvidia*. Then when I re-startx everything is fine. But here's the funny bit. I could not quit X and chmod the files. I could just open a terminal and chmod them. The result?

X runs without Acceleration but gltron runs great!

As long as it doesn't lead to smooth Jazz we'll all be fine.

As a guitar/bourbon man smooth jazz is like Canadian Whiskey. Yuch! If blending kinda works with chocolate then who had the idea with whiskey?

    Here's my reasoning.
Whiskey has usually a sour-ish smell (for me at least) which I like. But blended whiskeys taste sweet by comparison. Eeeww, who wants a sweet whiskey? Not I.

So I blame the maple trees for this sweet tasting Canadian whiskey. If you're harvesting maple syrup and wanting to sip a glass or down a shot of whiskey it would probably taste horrid (like orange jiuce after brushing you teeth) if it wasn't sweet.

In closing let's blame the toothpaste manufacturers for making such sweet tasting toothpaste thus ruining the Canadian whiskey market for Americans.

    BTW:
If you want toothpaste that is not so sweet try Tom's of Maine (I do not own stock or sell Tom's of Maine, I just like it).
