Assuming the casino had a basic firewall for outside of the hotel access, I am thinking the accomplice may have been in a room in the hotel.
If that were the case... How could they not have a separate firewall to protect the CCTV feeds? It would seem to me the CCTV should have stand-alone servers and a stand-alone firewall.
That being said, I would like to meet the intruder. I have a business proposition for him:-)
Has anybody looked at Office 2013? I got a copy for $9.95 through the Micro$soft home user program. They are re-making all of their APPS look like the phone. The package was about $11.00 more than it was worth.
The company is putting all of their eggs in the "Metro" basket, and it will not end up well for them, unless Ballmer walks through computer stores with a baseball bat to "convince" people to buy their products.
This is all not only out of control, but INSANE! This needs to be fixed somehow, but I have little faith in the American government to even understand the problem.
I think the bigger question is, "how would you move this process to a FAB"? I don't think it will happen soon, but it seems to me we would need robotic STMs? Research is continuing... I assume.
When you can't scale vertically any further, you scale horizontally.
What we need is software that will take advantage of multiple cores and hyper-threading in those cores. There are some out there. (Video editing comes to mind.) If we get started now, we will be all set when the end-game becomes imperative.
That way, we can see processing improvement in the same relative footprint.
I had to think about this a bit before responding...
I left college because they told me I had to take calculus or do not come back to my major.
I left, and got a job as a COBOL programmer. I then moved into system programming, went on to be published at conferences, magazines, etc.
My job now is main frame capacity planning and performance measurement as a storage vendor.
Yes, I use math in my job. Calculus? NO.
My wife thinks it is a marketing plan by Apple. I keep telling her there is no way.
Let's go to the next step. If you had too many adult beverages and left your Blackberry in a bar, would you expect to get it back?
What did they find out? Apple-marked chips? WOO-HOO!
Has the poster never heard of the food network?

This is a trick question, right?
Wouldn't the key be XYZZY?
I actually put up an RC of Win8. For a short period of time. All I could think of was Microsoft Bob...

Nope. This is "Nice place you have here... It would be a shame if something happened to it".
I swear that I saw a Discovery documentary where a guy did this same thing (From the record altitude), and broke at least MACH 1.

Nahhh. I'm pretty sure there is a Wal~Mart there.
I think the research should continue... In Texas!
With everything that's screwed up in this country, how did this bubble up to the top of the list?
Hey, on Star Trek they always found places to walk around without space suits...
Yup, the eye is collapsing, and the wind speed is dropping,,,, But it is still 951MB
Isn't that called DWDM?
You're kidding right? This is /.

So, you have the "special" discount?
Wait! Can't we just fix this with switch zoning?
"In tough times"? Hell, I try to scam money in ALL times!!!

Yes, you are seriously understaffed. And yes, it is normal ;-)
