    The iPod 15GB and 20GB is 4.1 by 2.4 by 0.62 inches
    The iPod 40GB is 4.1 by 2.4 by 0.73 inches
    The D-cube is 88 by 48 by 19 mm (3.46 by 1.88 by 0.74 inches) using the conversion chart

    So, the DCube is smaller in height and width compared to the mini although almost as thick as the 40GB iPod.

    It doesn't survive weathering well in Earth like conditions. Mars, on the other hand, has extreme and totally different climate conditions and it should not be a surprise that minerals exhibit different properties.

    Even though SCO's stock has had one hell of a run, and (overwhelming) majority of us believe that their campaign is a fluff, nasdaq's risk analysis tools rates it almost alongside Redhat's stock.

    SCOX grade is at 369 and RHAT is at 356.
    For reference, Nasdaq is 86 and S&P500 is 52
    Higher the number, greater the risk.

    So, either these analysts are smoking crack or maybe I am just a dumbass when it comes to stocks. The later is a likely possibility!

    Google kicks everybody else's a$$ at one thing: Search results. Now when everyone else is getting more serious about search, (Yahoo buying Overture, Microsoft announcing Search R&D), Google announces Google mail. I am not sure if this is the way to go.

    Lately, (and I'm sure lot of you have noticed) Google's search results have been a little more oriented towards commercial sites. Not good. They should apply the KISS principle.

    I love Google (like billion other people) and it will be sad if going public and eventually catering to stockholders starts a downward spiral.

    They told us that navigation system is for navigation. And then, its tracking the cars, speeding tickets.

    They told us cookies is just to make the stateless HTTP protocol have some states. And then, its Double Click and all the tracking.

    They told us at the grocery store that the card will be used to get discounts. And then, you start getting those annoying mail related to products you bought.

    There is probably no good way of doing this at the company dinner. The size (50-80) makes it even more difficult as probably everybody will know (recognize) everybody else. You do not want to be the whistle blower of any kind. Sort of a catch-22 if you will.

    A better way that I've seen happen at my place is an anonymous ballot kind of thing. If the executives are interested, they will read the ballot. If not, well, then you live and learn.

    Similar to the car warranties, x number of miles or y number of years, whichever comes first, there are places where the broadband is not that prevalent (like India) and the ISP contracts are usually similar to x number of MB or y number of hours whichever come first. These ads would suck up on x number of MB.

    Also, this download would probably piss the broadband ISPs off too.
