How well could it interface with existing satellites? It's all well and good having a cheap and convenient space cargo ship, but it's pointless if it only attaches properly to a particular proprietary type of craft.

If they're going to actually do something, thank G-d - international cooperation will finally enable us to deal with problems like spam and malicious Eastern European hackers and virus authors. Unfortunately, I suspect that this is not going to be the case; it takes a lot of freedom and jurisdiction for an organisation to be able to extradite and punish Internet users from any country, and most politicians probably don't want to give that power to anyone.

Especially if you're Cory Doctorow, who spells "says" as "sez" for some reason. Seriously, what's up with that? Did he see Pynchon doing it in Gravity's Rainbow and think it was cool?
