I've got Time Warner (Road Runner) and I'm laughing at my Comcast using friends because of it. While Comcast is cutting people off for using too much, Road Runner is boosting download speeds for big downloads.
I do miss Adelphia, though. During their bankruptcy stuff they boosted our connection from 1.5 MB/s to around 2.5 MB/s. After about a year of that, Road Runner took over and slowed us back to where we should have been.:(
So make it an industrial zone. Nothing residential. Move "New Orleans" above sea-level and have it be the new city where everyone can live, steal, get drunk, and go around raping white girls who are there to 'party.'
But the problem with that is some random jackass could see "Oh, so-and-so is PROBABLY going to be picked, so I'll edit it to say they were picked, since it's going to happen anyway."
And that edit could get picked up by tons of people and spread around, even if it's not accurate.
Another problem is lore related. If you've got an established game (Like Warcraft, for example) you can't really have the big named heroes being killed off permanently in a WoW, because that now changes the official lore, making Warcraft 4 that much harder to do.
He's probably going along with all the other cell phone companies who are publicly stating that the 3G problems with the iPhone are due to an un-tested chipset in the iPhone 3G.
All they had to do was go to some investors and go "This is the guy who was a driving force for Diablo, Diablo 2, Starcraft, and Warcraft." and you'll have money thrown at you.
On my drive home, after a 25mph town zone, we go up a mountain with a passing lane at 55mph. It drops down to 50, and goes back up to 55 on a straight stretch that has no other roads, it's swamp on both sides. After that, the speed limit drops to 35mph.
People go 40 the entire way. Starting in the 25. I don't understand it. They go 15 over, 15 under, 10 under, and 5 over. Which wouldn't be so bad, if the place where they want to speed weren't both speed TRAPS with townie cops who have nothing better to do.
Oh, and the straight road that's a 55mph that these jerks do 40 on? No passing zone.
This is why Colbert 'bumps' donations to Democrats and not Republicans--individual Democrats appear to have more money to spend on donations this year.
It's because of the economy stimulation package, duh.
What's awesome about all the replies to my post, is that most of them are right.
I am actually a mac user (typing this from my MBP), and even though I know that the poster who said that is a well-known (and foed by me) troll, he is correct in this instance.
Also, I am not a furry, and want you all to yiff in hell.
If you weren't trolling, I'd say you have no understanding of what 'free market' means.

Your fancy tin foil hat is a little sideways there...
The fact that you went back after Katrina means you don't like having nice things. Simple as that.
What is this spam you speak of? I'm using Gmail and todate I haven't seen a single instance of this so called "spam".
"This is 2008, the peoples rights are only there if it serves the government's purposes."
In this case, forcing everyone to move would be to save thousands of lives and billions of tax dollars.

For every animal you don't eat, I'm going to eat three.
I type this as I eat pork fried rice with my beef and broccoli. Damn, I need to find a 3rd meat... Oh, the chicken fingers we had as an appetizer.

And you don't see the core problem with the location of New Orleans?

Nobody pirates PS3 games because nobody owns a PS3.

It's called Warhammer Online.

Friends don't let friends install M$ junk.

That's what causes road rage.
Right, and you're totally not Twitter posting under a different name.
Either give up or try harder.
It appears that you're missing the joke.

Except the hammer being dropped on college kids for downloading media online is all CIVIL cases, while phishing is CRIMINAL.
