In areas that are cold enough to require heat to survive, Electricity is not allowed to be the only source of heat. You must have a backup such as propane or a woodstove. I'm not sure but I think its part of building code. If you think people are going to die from the cold, you, like the congressman, are misguided.
yes , i sopport your views , i had never wear a formal dress to the working place , whether it' s a design or advertising company , i won't , beacuse , it makes me feel restrict . the course of life needs happiness.
Are you my uncle? From Nigeria? That wants to give me a million dollars?
With my luck, I would go through the trouble of building it and the idiot behind me would be driving an older car.... you know, with points, a condenser, and a coil providing the spark. All this high-tech effort for not.
You don't have to go all the way to 140 ft to see the wreck. The Spiegal grove is in 140 ft of water and the structure starts around 60 feet. you have plenty to see around 80 feet.
I shouldn't have to look up acronyms because an editor fails at adding one to the summary. Since I had to look it up anyway -- for those as clueless as me, UAV means Unmanned Aerial Vehicle.
I did quite a bit of netflix streaming last night too. It was mostly fine, but at one point, it did stop and the "quality bar" dropped off a bit and it re-buffered. The quality sucked and when the movie ended 20 min later, I got up and did something else for awhile. There was a problem, but it wasn't with my provider, or my setup.
There are no Crocodiles in Florida, except in zoo's or animal parks. There are plenty of Alligators however.
Actually, the article is about crocodiles and it is correct. There are crocodiles. About 2000, the species has made a great comeback from near extinction due in large part to the cooling canals at Turkey Point power plant. There are 186 Miles of cooling canals that are 5 feet deep and 200 feet wide. If you look on google maps near the homestead raceway, it looks like a giant radiator. This area is protected from all civilian interference and the animals thrive there. Other areas that the crocodiles go to are the biscayne bay and the everglades. they travel back and forth using the canal systems.
I was thinking of Buying a new dell laptop and someone told me that I should wait for windows 7 to come out. I said that I probably would just put Linux on it as soon as I got it, but then it occurred to me, I would still have to boot into windows to update my Iphone, and use Itunes. I have gone completely legit in the music, movie and software areas and I like being able to download DRM free music whenever I feel like it. Bottom line, you can't do that with Linux. So I said fuck it and I'm buying a MAC. Don't get me wrong, I still have my desktop and that hasn't booted into windows in at least 9 months.
Try looking for hand readers. I use them everyday and they are fairly reliable. It basically takes an image of your hand and compares it to a previously taken image. If you're below the difference threshold, you get in. You either punch in a code to tell it which image to compare to or you can swipe a badge.
Also like a handgun, most tools don't care who is issuing the instructions - they just do it. That tablesaw doesn't care if it's a 2x4 or your forearm, it saws anyways.
My supervisors work 9 nines. That's 81 hours every two weeks, and they're supposed to get every other friday off. The work more like 11-12 hours a day and my direct supervisor hasn't had one of those days off in 5 months. I would never work for a salary. I however get paid 1.5 hours for _every_ hour of overtime I work unless it's doubletime. Oh and the NRC actually regulates how much overtime each person can get. 16 in a 24, 24 in a 48 and 72 in a week. But that's all about to change. It's going to get alot tighter.
If the cruise ship has a sprint network on board, a kindle would give you access to wikipedia and e-mail. It even has a primitive web browser. since it's a kindle all the wireless charges were included in the price of the device.
As for my nomination: I think it would have to be the inability to "su" and run in root mode. I understand the reasoning behind it but stuff like this can get annoying pretty quick:
@make me a sandwitch @only root can do that @sudo make me a sandwitch @OK
@sudo passwd root thisismypassword enter @su thisismypassword $TADA!
Personally I think English should be rationalised with simplified and logical spelling applied - but it would probably just be "corrupted" again in a short time.
Whoever is on Slashdot right now with WGA installed(pirated copy or not) should bash their head into their monitor until their vision is nothing but a black screen.
I think I have WGA installed. I don't know. How do you tell? without booting into windows? Haven't booted into windows in so long I don't know if I can find it. hold on let me see if it's still there....
Could I get a zip file of all that? please?

I think I just expected a little more. Hopefully it gets better as the season goes on.

did you mean for naught?
Have the front page logo for google search in the whole state be a link to this bank's incompetence... for a month.
That would be a fucking awesome display of power

Please turn in your geek card at the door.
This condition is a result of low potassium. Just eat a freakin banana or two.

Actually you can't shoot them because they're protected. There are only about 2000 of them in south Florida.

We should have done the switch Saturday Jan 31st. Then half the country would have missed the Superbowl
Awesome

Most table saws anyway.

You mean like "common?"
I use Norton, Mccaffee and AVG Grisoft all at once, oh wait nevermind. I don't use windows anymore.
{sarcasm}Are we sure they're not just turning on the monitor?{/sarcasm}
You do realize of course that most hand guns are semi-automatic, right? How is a semi-automatic weapon useless? Automatics may be but not semi-auto.

Don't use Vista.
