  1. Re:Texas leads the way, again on Texas Poised To Pass Unprecedented Email Privacy Bill · · Score: 1

I deplore most of those things stated even though I consider myself a progressive/liberal. Too much fingerpointing and not enough work on the business of actually improving citizen lives. It feels like certain things are "okay" when its "your" team in the white house and HORRIBLE when its the other team. Should be wrong no matter what, and we should try to do better no matter what.

All that said, the IRS thing - why on earth are groups like that (of any affiliation) given non profit status when they are obviously political in nature?

I think I hate that more than anything, the undue influence of money in the process. The ability of wealthy individuals to fund these groups anonymously while driving toward political goals.

Great comment by the way, I disagree with your (assumed) politics but well said to call out specific things.

I went into it with high hopes, but was largely disappointed. It seemed to barely be about hellboy. While the visuals, background and world were interesting and appealing, they seemed to me to be a completely separate franchise, that very distinctly left the world created in the first one. Thought the "new" character was an epic disappointment as well. Felt like the director wanted to make a movie primarily about something else, and dragged hellboy along for the ride in a bit role.

Our view into the life of the sopranos cut out, but life as it is for the fictional characters "goes on." Of course it's all very open to interpretation, but I choose to believe he lives on, at least for a while.

Some of my worst computer related service ever was from Alienware.

Bought an aurora 7500, floppy was DOA, took 26 days to get a new one thanks to their ineptitude. Machine randomly locked on cd insert thanks to their extra software, bios had problems, chipset fan died (twice). Now given, sometimes machines have problems, but the techs were just horrible, unskilled, and without a clue. I was regularly hung up on, ignored, and given the run around. I would have sent it back, but they were going to charge a 20% restocking fee.

Biggest mistake I ever made, won't happen again.

I emphasis may because I don't know, but I damn sure have the right to. And if you think for a minute that anyone "against" us doesn't think we're monitoring their calls already, and that this "leak" caused any surprises over there, you're in for a shock.
