I'm pretty sure the word 'age' in IT measures the time from when someone switched from something to something else and then notifying you about it. Some sort of temporal penis length.
What 'connect a true physical keyboard' to a computer is an innovation? You people do realize that small computers like iPad and Galaxy are just small computers ?
Let me break this down.
1. We have for some reason, powerful but small computers in our pockets.
2. They don't have keyboards and you need to use their overlay keyboard graphics stuff.
3. These computers has USB ports.
4. Keyboards has existed since the computer was invented.
5. I've had USB keyboards for 10 years or so.
4. ???? (insert immensily godlike genious innovative revolutionary thought here)
5. Connect small keyboard trough small USB connector on small computer. Tada!
6. PROFIT & THE GOD GIVEN RIGHT TO PATENT TROLL
Now lets see. I hereby grant the world prior art on the following for free public domain use on all smartphones:
Either by USB or Bluetooth:
- External hardrives
- Mouse
- Extra displays
- Game controllers
- Portable speakers
- Anything a sound card can do, external sound cards
- Anything a graphics card can do, external gfx cards (PCMCIA VGA style, just wrapped differently)
- Anything a CPU can do, yes attachs extra CPU cores to run Angry Birds DualCore Edition
- Anything else you can think of that can be connected to a computer that can be shrunk a little bit and given a new paint job.
Of course after this, everyone will want powerful computers without 213 various devices, and we are back to regular PC's again, full circle.
Justin Beiber is what people want, because it is marketed that way. People don't just have a terrible taste in music, they are also willing products of the marketing industry. (aka fashion)
Actually I have problems running both new and old hardware with more and more distros lately. Seems someone thinks everyone should follow the exact same upgrade cycle. There should be a 'driver cd' for linux distros, supporting anything outside the developers perspective.
The best thing about anon is that they created so much noise lately that i've seen 'civilians' knowing about them. (and in most cases sympathize with them). they might come off as juvenile, but if it can improve the general knowledge about issues, it's a good thing. i for one usually don't shed a tear for the people targeted by anon.
Does anyone code for fun after they leave moms basement ? Everyone has to make money and those who claim to program for fun are really just hoping to be 'discovered' and brought into the industry.
No. That is invasion of privacy.
I refused to get the bird flu vaccine during the global panic a couple years ago, because I noticed that the medical companies had gotten an exceptional carte blanche waiver for all ill effects. This was all a big pharma ploy. And lo and behold, the vaccines that came out of this has shown itself many times to have bad side effects.
Every human is going to end up having an android avatar that does the actual productive work, actual humans will just basically keep the avatars running so everything else is kept up.
I don't know, but maybe the years of coding graphics effects has made my eyes superfast. I have no problem seeing a 'subliminal message' frame squeezed in between the other 49 frames any given second. So thats probably why I don't like 3D movies if they actually are at an effective 12hz. My eyes and head hurts after a 3D movie.
Enjoy the reign of Romney. Oh, I pity you Americans. He's a pretty smooth liar already, just wait until he gets the backing of the White House staff veterans and you will see an era that you would not even dream about under Bush.
I've seen Transformers 2 and Prometheus now in 3D, and it strains the eyes, it adds little to nothing for the effort and money it costs. I will be avoiding 3D movies from now on.

some of us rather have chaos than tyranny.

Well, half the world runs on Apache + PHP, but you are right in asking why.

Conditional presentation, the business logic still lies on the server.
Why do you think it went from 2.6 to 3.0 so suddenly ?
Trolling is a subset of social engineering :)
Google is the cyber-actorate. Help us all...
We often used high end system to query the data, then work on it in SQLite or similar, and commit back.

Did you even have a GeoCities account ? Wikipedia is damn good looking for those who are seeking facts, not bling.
I think the codepath selection code is what is getting trimmed here.
