I had no idea and I don't know shit about filming. But I thought HD was fully digital from the camera to the screen. I really hope they can pull it off though. TNG has piss poor picture quality. But I'm afraid this is going to be like turning on the light in a dirty room; it's best to just shut it off again.

Point taken, but Linux as a user experience on the desktop does not compete with Windows. I thought we were over this stage. We all agree that Linux' architecture and flexibility is superior and servers and blah blah, *but* as a whole, it does not work as a desktop alternative for GrannyOnTheGoogle@hotmail.com and duckface4u_hihihi999@aim.com. Linux On The Desktop (tm) had it's chance with the Ubuntu 8.x series, then they started getting buzzword compliant and god knows what the fuck happened at Canonicial after that.

My FireFox has updated itself to 6.0 now and my humble plugin-requirements still work. I use NoScript, AdBlock+, BetterPrivacy and DownloadHelper. So you will at least be able to surf the web with reasonable security. As soon as the plugins starts breaking, I'm going straight for Chrome. I don't know much about Chrome these days, I last used it 3 years ago. How is the stance with plugins on Chrome now ? If there are still no plugins, do you at least have the equivalent functions of the plugins i mentioned above?

If you think this is going to be another Diablo 1 or 2 or another Starcraft, forget it. Those games succeeded because they could be copied (remember, Starcraft had a Spawn install mode! More recent versions of the game has no CD check at all) and was played in every basement all over the world because you could invite friends over for LAN play, even on modest computers. In this way, a motherfucking lot of people that would otherwise not hear about the game, actually bought the game and spread the word. What you are doing now will surely get you some short term profit, but don't expect to make history. Don't forget, your company was built on epic win.
