Could that be because it's designed for 5+MB files, and there aren't many HTML pages that are that size? Don't waste their bandwidth (besides, the server is down anyway, before it was even cached).
One thing that really bothers me about this strike is that the workers are voicing opposition to VoIP (at least, it said so on CNN this morning) because it supposedly reduces demand for their jobs.
I'm usually in favor of unions, but this seems to be a part of a growing trend of unions rejecting progress. I absolutly love VoIP; free long distance is a godsend for me. In instances like machines replacing musicians in Les Miserables, I have more sympathy for the workers, even though they didn't strike, since it's an artistic craft, but in cases like this when there is a replacement that is in every way better and the unions attempt to stop it, I am utterly disgusted.
First off, you seem to be missing the fact that these dual-core chips would involve the Pentium M architecture, which favors IPC over just plain MHz, drastically reducing heat and shortening those damned pipes.
You would think they would have picked a game that was actually good to be the first they successfully emulated. I'm not asking for Panzer Dragoon (I avoid Halo since it's already on PC) or anything, but couldn't they at least get a game that had something like, oh, collision detection or AI?
Is it just me, or is the 25th Anniversary of Three-Mile Island not the best day to make an announcement about a new type of nuclear power that gets heat from a reaction capable of destroying huge regions of the US?
Negative press didn't hurt the N-Gage's sales. The fact that it was a piece of crap hurt them. Granted, the fact that they called the GBA a kid's toy certainly didn't help their sales, but I think that they were hurt more by having to remove the battery to put in a game, the inability to use it most of the time (like on planes) and the obscene price of it.
While this technology is great and all, it strikes me that it much have only limited applications. Most notebooks these days are designed to minimize power consumption. In doing so, most notebook processors generate minimal heat. The only practical application for this would be high-end desktop replacements, which can generate insane amounts of heat. I remember an old gaming laptop I had that would get so hot playing UT2003 I would have to stop playing because it burned my fingers.
Construction of Mussolini's arch has resumed after a 50+ year hiatus.

I feel utterly horrible saying that, but it's the first thing that popped into my mind.

I bet this will be modded "Troll," but oh well.
Also, you suck at math.
Or, if they want it to coincide with Longhorn's release, Pentium MMC.

This is perfect for finding mirrors to images we all love, especially this one.
Just a thought.

A few weeks of hearing "THE SERVER IS DOWN!!"
I don't remember him saying they used Windows.
