Your argument only works partly. What I mean is that your argument only works the throw those arguments back in the faces of those who use them against corporations and organizations like the RIAA. You aren't really disagreeing with the idea that intellectual property needs protecting, but you are disagreeing with those who dislike big businesses protecting their intellectual property. You know as well as I do that nobody is going to enforce the GPL against college students or grandma, and you know that this action to protect GPL'd software isn't for simple "copy-and-paste theft" but rather huge portions making up the majority of the software these companies are using.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out. The GPL and BSD licenses will become equivalents if the GPL isn't protected sufficiently.
It is only vaguely similar to the WinXP default theme. Clearlooks looks alot better than the current GNOME default, no doubt about it. Do you have a theme you think would be better for the default GNOME theme?
The turnpike had nice rest areas built on it. I don't know, maybe it is just a coincidence that all the rest areas were built in almost the exact same way.
In a gas station in Louisiana, we (the uhaul drivers) got in a small accident with a little car. The only damage done was to the Uhaul, but if was just a sign of the difficulty had with the stupid thing.
I can tell you. Do you realize what a pain it is to drive the biggest Uhaul truck into a regular gas station? I know you got the stations for truck drivers, but they only work when they are actually THERE. Driving on the Florida turnpike is a dream in a Uhaul because it is so well built it's not even funny. It's so simple to get on and off, to slide right into the station, and slide right back out.
I beg to differ. Intel is innovating, we just aren't seeing the fruits of it just yet.

They're not topless, sir. I could understand if there was nudity that there would be a problem, but there is no nudity (unless you count the nearly bald male in the picture).

If they sent me a map to my gmail account with directions to the nearest area with sunshine that would be nice too.
It looks better than KDE.

Volcano that is conveniently located at or near the pole.
What happens when a 70 year-old talks on the cell while driving a car? Instant death?
I haven't seen an interface like that since yesterday.

Well, I can imagine your mom didn't want your Mars rover to dirty up the carpet.
Like you're doing right now mr. first post?
Show off.
Perhaps as a group, yes. But alone I think the Internet has change the world much more dramatically.
What about somehow concentrating light at X distance from the light source?
In Soviet Russia, old people do YOU before they die!

The amount of people that voted makes the poll pretty worthless, considering the world's population.
Scratch that. I thought that the wallpaper that was under discussion was the same as the picture on the Ubuntu site.
