So would you rather be screwed by a few "pirates" or by the publishing companies? Why aren't you out fighting for a more fair compensation for the game developers?
On the other hand 75% or more of the 'warez' are abandoned software that will never be published again so there is nowhere else to get it.
It's not saying that folks ripping you off is good in any sense, it's just a question of scale.
They are taken to miracle max because they were only mostly dead, and of course true love.......

Isn't unix just dos with the backslashes reversed?
Actually the company microsoft is older than Sun. I think it boils down more to what is reported in the popular press. What has the highest profile/visibility? Although you cannot scientifically prove that someone has committed a crime, you can prove scientifically that the person had the opportunity, motive etc. to commit the crime. In the case of plagerism it is usually a simple case of proving who "published" first and if the "plagerer" has added anything of value.
The law is a subjective thing.

Did we forget about those?
True but until now there wasn't a proper self-winding mechanism. Now it could be a perpetual motion machine!
"It is a very powerful machine. It could run into something and do serious damage."" That never stopped the US military. Why not let them have a go?
And the earth is constantly falling towards the sun. Hey, I just found out I'm dying.
They should only start on part two when part one is on back order.

Then you're not being paid hourly but annually. HR people take those 4 weeks into consideration in your salary only you don't see it.
Actually I like unions, but I prefer the old common block.
It is 48 weeks

Considering that we Martians came to this planet and marsaformed it I think turnabout is fairplay.
Actually there is a standard for triggers and SPs see ISO/IEC 9075 spec ISO/IEC 9075-4:2003 for SPs
