Likely things with a led light is hooked up to some DC converter that will either spill heat into the house or the power will be used it on some useless stuff - like waiting for a infrared message from a remote control or on the device or silly little LED lights. Now days, power isn't really considered wasted unless unplugging the devices is an option every time your not using the appliance - the standby power is quite high already.
I thought the reverse direction. Tall people require taller ceilings; therfore, the tasks that taller people have are more unconfined and less constraining.
You forgot to add that Odds are that the 9th Circuit will get overturned...AGAIN!
Can you guarantee that the System Admin didn't plant the evidence or the evidence was otherwise compromised? Well, now here is the problem, since you said you can guarantee it, that anyone that is called a System Admin is now allowed to plant evidence and vigilantism rules the internet.
In order to keep the Free Market free, I have actually reduced the amount I use Google. In order to keep the market a little more competitive, I use FireFox. I believe that monopolies are created by market desire; which, the consumers naturally desire to create. Thus, if you want to keep the market free, you must continuously seek underdog alternatives.
As you can see, Dvd Jon has done a lot of things. The biggest question I have is why are so many companies affraid of developing portable software? I mean this guy write 300 lines of code enabling Linux machines (via VLC) to what some types of media. Now why don't more companies want this freedom? My comment is to ask the EFF.
We'll, amazon has the one click patent; therfore, either IBM patent is obvious or the whole pattent system is severly screwed. These are the only two choices; dont compalin about the lack of choices so choose one.
I guess when your speaking for people that buy their computers pre-built; which, might get your geek card revoked on/. for not building your own system. When I shop for a power supply, I might try to find the most efficent cost effective PSU. That way, you cut out the middle man giving you the power supply you really didn't want in the first place.
We'll your assuming that Mobile phone makers will pickup MP3 markets; however, what if the MP3 player makers pickup the Mobile phone markets - http://www.thinksecret.com/news/0609phone.html. I might be inclined to say that the current mobile phone companies are too complacent with the vendors and may not perceive the real threat of an outside vendor of stealing a butt load of the market. Imagine if Apple (or anyone for that matter) made the killer mobile phone leaving the current marketers in the dust - that is a huge market and a nice blazing target to shoot for...
In quite a few states, if the penatly of crime is death then the jury has to use the rule beyond a shadow of a doubt. This is why I have to agree with the jury in the OJ case because there were shadows. It is very important that death penatly cases be RIGHT and execised with extreeem caution.
I think these numbers a little off but lets say that there is a 40k surplus wherver so there is no argument (A 50k job - 10k rent and B 80k job - 40k rent). Now if you have a remote chance of getting laid off for an extended period of time then the higher rent location is more of a risk. However, you really need to look at buying a house if you plan on staying a few years. Now we are paying 10k a year at Job A vs 40k a year for Job B. I would much rather "own" the house at Job B because you will pretty much have the equity in the home @ 40k per year (baring any major housing bubble). Therefore, I would say that the cost of living is usually a NON factor for where you want to live. I pay 3 bucks for a gallon of gas - Even if cali pays 6 dollars then that only dobules my gasoline bill a year which isn't even a major percentage of depericaiton for a new car. So the cost of living your buying roars, culture, whatever. Dont factor cost in where you live; live where you want (can?).
Like a movies star, there is no such thing as bad press (yeah yeah the mel g thing). Sometimes there isn't a number that can be placed on things like attention and maybe a little PR. If CC spends say, 2 million on lawyer fees for this vs. 2 million in TV adds (which TIVO takes care of alraedy), then maybe that may have a better rate of return. I will hear about it like right now reading it on/. vs being skipped anyway.
Nah, RC street track racers know that the fast cars are battry powered. They go like hell for 10 minutes and then you get to do a charge cycle. The complexity (remember this thing has >6000), charge time of the batteries, and low millage are holding electric cars back; once these are solved then I would bet that a battery car would indeed be faster and more popular than a gas one.
Nope, either you agreed to their TOS to receive the service or you are illegally decrypting their signal. This is quite a different beast then receiving an unsecured broadcast.
Its a good idea until you find out that the drive 224 dollars and 99 cents when the desktop competition runs about 70 bucks. The drives in laptop are the slowest component; I wish laptops could reverse rolls and use dektop drives instead. Maybe one day the power levels will drop to an acceptable level to do this.
Adding heat to mass doesn't increase weight, D=m/v so the the volume would increases as density decreases.
The most important CEO - RIP.
I wonder what it would be like if Google countered and bought Apple under their wing?
Blizzard Entertainment didn't start out with World of Warcarft. The Warcraft games started in 1994: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warcraft:_Orcs_%26_Humans

It's realy convient when you have somone else to blame.
Go ahead and make the Switch to Intel video cards, the support for Linux is currently the best avalible.
According the web page: Source code included!
There may not be anything stopping you; I didn't read the license agreement though...

Thats right, cross examination solves the problem. Never mind that the perpetrator plead guilty.
You just missed the little fact about due process.

MacOS was superior to Windows I call BS, I don't recall mac having more pr0n then windows...
Your post is more true than you realize. - Ohhh, well I highly doubt that honey part...

Beyond reasonable doubt...
