  2. Workshop PC is a good idea! on PCs For A Workshop Environment? · · Score: 0

If you are doing woodworking, invest couple hundred $ in to dust collection system.
Get spill resistant keyboard, I have seen many types of those. rubber mat kind would work (easy to clean) won't have to type much in the workshop anyway.
Monitor is up to you, CRT may be too big for some shops.

If you are working with metal such as grinding; welding; milling; sandblasting etc
you may want to keep this dust away from your computer's components.
It will work long time even if you don't.

I would recommend Clear case if the price is not an issue.
in either case check the fans from time to time, to make sure they are still spinning.
dust environment will increase wear on fan bearings
blast the dust away from the components with air.

Your computer would get bored in there, it needs a friend like a printer to print templates, or a laser cutter :-) j/k

P.S. and don't forget about your own lungs

2: Does it play the old DVD formats ?

Some consumers and busineses such as rentals have an extensive libraries of DVD media.
3 Will there be a recall on purchased DVDs ?!

    I doubt it!

My threshold have already been met for buying Music Albums on CD media and the prices are outrageous, even for per per track model
DVD media will get in to that threshold too, if wannabes don't stop screwing around.

At this point there will be more consumers, businesses hurt by this changes, this will affect all movie sales.

the school program in Russia is very different than here in USA can't just compare kids with the same year or grade. it's not fare! there are different levels of math, physics, chemistry etc. My cousin aced math when he attended American school, not because he was smart, "NOT AT ALL" but because at 7th grade in Russia he was studying stuff that are thought here in 10th to 12th grades here difference by at least 3 years. "most" soviet students would have knowledge in math and physics after 10th grade. about the same as college graduate here. P.S. 10 years used to be complete high school program, it's extended now to 12 I think. maybe they also should adopt ABCDE system to :-)

This looks like BS to me, also at the very end of that story there is a small detail that completely brakes the whole logick of the story

    Transl.:
It was found, that the problem in Mike Fincke's suit most likely was caused by an astronaut, injectors handle should be switched in to off poosition before the spacewalk, as it's says in the manual. This was a comment from "Zvezda" Russian manufacturer of spacesuits.
