I also bought a 9800 pro, it wouldn't work on my main rig, but worked OK on my wife's, any Nvidia chipset graphics card I have boughten has worked on every system without a hitch... actually after buying 6+ nvidia cards I finally got a bad one from BFG, just sent it back for a replacement...
So I don't know what point i'm making, but yah, um, yah...
I originally bought my Nvidia 6800 for 300+ onsale a few months after they came out... last month I saw the same card for 150... os for the most part parent is correct on the price breaks 1 yr down the road..

You would only have to defend the search if the defendant went to court against charges, if you never go to court then the whole "judge has to review the warrant" point is kind moot right?

I have to agree with the post a few up, i hate TV and Theaters for this exact same thing... I barely watch TV and I definitely Don't watch commercials... I just sweared off going to the theater for the same thing...
IF they were going to subsidize the games with ad revenue then maybe... but as current ad trends go (Cable TV, Theaters, etc..) then you won't see a nickel difference...
