Well, the Borg were interesting villians for two reasons, they weren't aliens who looked just like humans except some extra brow ridges who behave just like humans except they pick one aspect of humanity and take it to the extreme(Bjorians(sp?)[religous kooks], Vulcans[stoics], Klingons[Spartans], Cardassians[fascists]. Second, the Borg were a throwback to the Cybermen of Dr Who fame, which also made them cool. Good drama needs conflict and danger. Donahue in space is not good drama.

You seem to be laboring under the impression that the customer and Blizzard have some sort of egalitarian social contract. They don't. There is a TOS and banning accounts in violation of said TOS is standard operating procedure. On the other hand, there is nothing to stop Joe User from setting up a blog decrying his mistreatment at the hands of Blizzard. So it's not as if Blizzard has done anything, but reinforce the fact that MMORPG's are not a productive use of Joe User's time by banning Joe User, and rendering his in game efforts to nothingness.

Well I believe that most FM tuners in these portable devices use the headphone wires as the antenna, IANAEE so I don't know how small you can wrap an AM antenna, but that maybe a problem with the tiny form factor of a flash based player.

Much like existing fraud laws being capable of punishing ebay scammers. So do you plan to seize every gun in the US? And do you plan on stopping them from coming in Mexico and Canada? Perhaps you should heed the slower traffic keep right signs. Now, I was driving 10 mph over the speed limit on a back road that everybody speeds on. The cop wrote it up as only 5 miles over so I wouldn't get any points, I didn't really care until I saw that 2/3's of the cost of the citation were f'ing service charges. As for slowing down, that isn't the problem in my neck of the woods(SE Pennsylvania). They throw up 20 quarter million dollar houses on postage stamp lots, then decide to cut the speed limit 5 mph, until the speed limit has no basis in how fast the local populace travels those roads.
Actually, when firefly ran on fox, SG1(and Atlantis) wasn't on friday nights. The last Sci-fi show that did well on Friday's was X-files. You see on network TV friday is the night for Walker, Texas Ranger and Matlock. Most young people who would watch Sci-fi would be out, not watching TV.
No, people see speeding tickets as a govt. revenue generating lottery. Only thing is you don't want to win this lottery. In my locality, 2/3 of the fine was in various service charges.

It was some generic as well, I later found a compatibilty list on an NGage forum, and got a PQI 256 MB that has given me no problems.
