True, the ISPs stingyness with upstream can be somewhat blamed. But community trackers often accept reseed requests, which is why certain trackers going down really annoys many people.
and guess what? setting up your firewall correctly and using a non standard port (ISPs sometimes throttle standard filesharing ports) and limiting your upstream to about 5k/s less than its max, you get damn goo results.
Learn how to use something before saying its broken.
Its a stupid waste of resources, trying to monitor the entire internet(s?). Terrorists and such will continue to communicate efficiently and every other net user will have no privacy, and have to put up with and inherant network strain placed by this spying crap.
And yet all ISP's appear to either throttle your upload beyond a fair ratio to download or charge you through the nose for a decent upload/dowload ratio.
Maybe it will change somewhet once enough large companies realise the cost savings on using bittorrent and higher upload rates are more demanded.
Actually, 'the gimp' is installed on my college network.

Do any flash drives or usb flash sticks have firmware to distribute writing so that the same bits don't get re-written more than neccisary?
Then, like me, you probably also don't understand the need for over 10 final fantasy games.
Sorry for the offtopicness.
The lycos website is plastered in adverts, so yeah.
It is also possible to create torrents with multiple tracker info, presumably so just such a falier can be avoided.
I sometimes even see SCOs copyrighted material being distributed at suprnova.
Dispicable.
So what? We give everyone on earth anger management? even the ones who don't want to? Even third world?
Utter rubbish, wheres the grounds on this statement?
Just because I am always indoors does not mean I can't start a revolution.
The ironic thing is, the replacement for searching for the remote is still to search for something. (video)
All I remember are lots and lots of very sick jokes.
>. if only my HDD would write that fast!
Open sco.com in 6 tabs, and sequentially refresh them all. :D
Also, do such hardware capture cards provide benifits with software like fraps?
and 10% of the population doesn't count?
