But before tossing the relevance of the data away, I think one should consider that yours is a high standard to which most data collection made public may not meet -- the CIA (of the USA) publishes a lot of data on their website, but I don't think I've seen links to the documentation on how the data was collected. Still, having that information would be superb.

This democracy thing must be really great, because there seem to be no rules which one must follow in order to give it to others. Kill them, take away their properly, ban exports to them... just to give them democracy.
Can a US citizen just higher an "investigator" to pry into someone else's personal business in the hope of finding evidence of a crime? If so, that may be a profitable business.
As someone from the Caribbean now in the Midwest (of the USA), it makes no sense to me in everyday life and is purely annoying. In areas where the sunset/sunrise times are that much affected, is it not possible to have individuals/businesses allow for the change?
Well, the US government isn't good.. not sure I would say it is evil since I don't really believe in such absolutes. And Castro surely helps with the freedom of the Caribbean in some ways.
