Did you even read the article! The Register DID NOT skip anything or jump to any conclusions.

They point out the crazy explanations:

"Keen-eyed skywatchers have spotted a mysterious object emerging from the Sun that, according to the tinfoil-hatted YouTube majority, can only be a UFO, a small black hole, a world-destroying weapon or maybe a new planet."

Then they go on to quote an astrophysicist that explains the phenomenon:

"Filaments, when you see them on the solar disc at certain wavelengths, they appear to be dark because they're cooler material in relation to what's in the background. When you see them on the edge of the sun we call them prominences but they're the same objects," Young said."

You're the only one. The big argument for using Microsoft products over other products was FAMILIARITY. People had the software at home or exposure to it from some previous experience, knew how it worked and thus did not need training on it to be productive. That argument went out the window when Microsoft started to change the user interface of their products. Now NOBODY knows how to use their products - especially the power users. Now EVERYONE needs to relearn trivial tasks while their productivity suffers.

Because of this, companies can explore using other software since they will be no better off staying with Microsoft.

So keep of the good work Microsoft!

So you're a creationist and someone who doesn't understand what evolution and natural selection are. Natural Selection is one mechanism of evolution, there are others. Evolution is not survival of the fittest as you incorrectly believe. Evolutions is "...any change across successive generations in the heritable characteristics of biological populations." Thus color blindness is inheritable characteristic.

You might want to do some research before posting about things you don't understand.
