    Umm...hi...but the price of everything went up when oil was trading over $90/barrel and gas was about $4.50/gallon.

    You know airlines need to charge extra because high fuel costs. Amazon charged more in shipping because of fuel costs.

    Most friggin' products use oil in one fashion or another, in either it's production and/or transportation.

    So this is currently going on!! Moron.

    Oh good grief. Al Gore shows you a way to make money off of reducing carbon emissions to satisfy the corporate crowd and you think it's some kind of plot??? Damn what have you been smoking??

    FYI getting off of fossil fuels is a GOOD THING.

    Being energy independent is a GOOD THING.

    Not spilling millions of gallons of oil in the Gulf and destroying the fishing industry is a GOOD THING.

    Lowering my utility bills and transportation costs is ideal to me. I like saving money.

    Old news. Yes Halliburton is responsible for the well head and they are under investigation.

    However, BP decided against emergency shut off valves because, "it cost to much." BP also lobbied the government that they did not need environmental impact studies or a detailed plan on how to clean up an oil spill since they claimed 165,000 gallons of oil would never reach the coast.

    BP is very much at fault!

    You've lost all credibility. You know the 3/5 rule was written the same time as the Bill of Rights. The Founding Father created a process whereby we the people can change the constitution. That's part of the constitution.

    And no this doesn't come from God or the Spaghetti monster. If you actually were a student of history you would understand that. These men were coming from countries that Kings who's right to sovereign were quote, granted by god. They did not want that! All men are created equal and have inalienable rights...that meant the people have rights, not just kings a queens. It had nothing to do with god.

    FYI the constitution, all of it, is subject to interpretation. If you were a constitutional scholar you would understand that. But then again I highly doubt you are a history buff - whatever that means.

    Actually it is by having people ask questions that are raised in this article. You know the one where BP filed a report saying 165,000 barrels of oil will never reach land. Oil has already reached land. So does that mean BP was incorrect in it's reporting that 165,000 barrels of oil could not reach land or does that mean more than 165,000 barrels of oil is coming out of the hole?

    Software still needs to be transferred from the physical medium, it doesn't magically appear on your hard drive. Thus, the method of distribution is irrelevant. Whether it's downloaded, provided on a CD/DVD, Flash drive, software NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED.

    And FYI the physical medium is irrelevant to the software, it is used strictly as a means of conveyance.

    The Jude was a complete and utter moron and yes it was his fucking job to interpret the law. Nothing in the law states that software need to be provided on some physical medium to act as an "over the counter" purchase!
