    The cops who were investigating a site called sharereactor.com (the cops physically had the server), and they called the owner asking for the root password, apparently using a boot disk to delete the password in /etc/passwd or passing a kernel parameter was too complicated.

Then well... hes got a high powered gun high armor piercing bullets for a reason.

    Switching from AOL to a non-modem based ISP will work perfectly fine, but try to switch to another dial-up provider.

    Yes they do make most of their revenue on adwords, but adwords is EVERYWHERE. Parked domains, google searches, most lower budget non-profit webpages. Everything else is just to popularize google, and make adwords be the first thing to pop into peoples minds.
