    It is my understanding his employment was specific in that he would only disclose the password to the mayor alone. This never happened, thus he never disclosed the password. This case did not require any technical knowledge to grasp the facts, so I am unsure how the jury could come to this result.

    Back when you could get a savings account with 5% APY I would agree with this wholeheartedly. Now that most institutions offer less than 1% APY it really makes me question if the effort is worth it for what amounts to one movie ticket.

    Holy shit! Quake II hasn't seem frame rates like that since the 486! No matter how fast computers get programmers will always find a way to slow down their programs.

    That's not the point. It's quite clear that technical circumvents to law (like the whole .torrent thing) don't work like that. If your intention is to run illegal site you will be held accountable. It's not just exactly about .torrent files, it's about the whole system and purpose.+

    In what way is this site "illegal" that does not also apply to a search engine such as Google?

    In answer to your question: yes, a brain slug could control a Hypnotoad, but what would happen when this slug/toad symbiote looked into a mirror?

    If the brain slug was already controlling Hypnotoad then it would not use his power to hypnotize himself when facing a mirror. Obviously.

    The skill system and weapon upgrades bring in the character development side from a role playing game. And the co-op design with its warrior and archer dynamic introduces the reward of playing together like an MMO.

    It is another Diablo clone. Oh, and having two people play together makes it like a massively multiplayer online game? Right.

    I don't see a single thing that wasn't in Diablo over a decade ago, let alone something innovative.

    Most of those games came out years after their PC equivalent. Even in the case of Dragon Age (which was delayed by months), it is just the PC game wrapped in an emulator. And it does not support DLC.

    Offline play is entirely dependent upon the game. Half-Life, for example, will let you play without a connection at all. Dragon Age, on the other hand, will not allow access to any of the premium or DLC content without an active connection.

    Just to let people know, Blizzard also allows for unlimited downloading of the Windows and OS X version of any game you have ever purchased. Even if you bought the game in a store you can still register the CD key online at battle.net and it will be available to download in the future.
