Travel Clock + KeyBoard + Memory + USB = PDA
If you're worried about cost, a Zaurus SL-5000D or SL-5500 can be gotten on eBay for a reasonable price.
Of course, if you're not concerned about price, then the Treo 600 would do what you need, and comes with a (albeit poor) camera.
Ok, so maybe I posted before I read that the escrow site was a fake, but do you honestly think this guy paid for the taxes with his own money? Come on, people. Not everything exists for the amusement of Slashdot people.
...while things like this can be humourous, chances are that the scammer *really* used a stolen credit card to make the payments. While this guy is having fun jerking a scammer around, and Slashdot readers are getting a big kick out of it, someone else is having a really crappy Sunday morning wondering wy their credit card bill is suddenly $2400 higher.
...as I am seriously considering buying an Insight. With gas having gone up 5 cents overnight!, I'm looking for an efficient replacement for my old Camry.
Of course, the Insight will still be that, but apparently not to the degree I was hoping.
Here's what I would do if I were to design a space contest:
I would establish a contest so that the first person to collaborate with Dr. Robert Zubrin and get a human to Mars within 5 years would not only be rich beyond the dreams of avarice, but would become the most famous person on the planet. I would also sell ads like crazy, since that would get the funding needed - corporations would love to sponsor the first human Mars landing. It might be a tad tacky or crass, but it would get the job done.
And then we would have a human on Mars within three years.;)
I have lived 28 out of 29 years in New York (and one in California). I can tell you that it has nothing to do with environment and everything to do with genetics.
I understand why they're necessary, but come on, why do they have nerves in them? Fingernails and hair are necessary, and evolution seems to have gotten both of those correct... so why do teeth have nerves? And does this growing of new teeth include the nerves? I have had five root canals and stopped counting my cavities at 40 (I'm half English, that's why - the stereo-type is based in reality), so I am looking to get FAKE teeth (the kind that screw into the jaw - I already have one) and be rid of the miserable real ones I have. I sure as hell don't want them replaced with new real ones. That would just be excruciating.
While it is deplorable that it takes criminal action (or porn) to move technologies to the forefront, it does happen. This, to me, seems like the famed "Grid Computing", and whilst stopping criminals, I hope law enforcement learns enough to pass the knowledge on so that others can use it for legitimate computing.
Unless I'm using something that is very memory intensive (ie, VMware), I just turn my swap partition off. It allows me the freedom to run Evolution/XMMS/etc. quite quickly when I'm not also using VMware, and still run VMware at a good speed just by turning the swap partition back on when I need it.
...unless you generate it from comments in your source code. ;)

This will make my job *so* much easier... ;)
Thanks, but I like living. ;)
