That's uncertain, the helmet protects against projectiles but shockwaves are another thing entirely. If the helmet wasn't hit by a projectile it probably didn't prevent a death either.
The CIA doesn't seem terribly accountable to the government, at least they'll happily pull evil shit without telling anyone about it. Not exactly much that the population can do short of a rebellion.
I think talking about fixed costs as percentages of the unit price makes no sense anyway. how much of the price goes into development if the game flops, 160%?
Word of mouth is potent but you need to seed a base first before the word can spread, otherwise the spread is too slow and the retailers may already have written you off by the time the demand hits.
They used a full injection on me for the second lower wisdom tooth, the first one was fine with local but on the second the local injection failed to work (after repeated attempts) so they couldn't start. The location of the nerve made sedation too risky so they used a total knockout.
Wind turbines have a safe operation range, outside of that the windmill's brakes are engaged to prevent it from being damaged or destroyed (there's a youtube video of a wind turbine with a broken brake spinning up and shattering in a storm, extremely dangerous since you get large high-velocity fragments flying around that could probably demolish a house). I think the upper limit is something like 50km/h wind speed, above that the mills shut down.
How exactly do you plan to strike a carrier? Airplanes have more range than most surface based weapons so the carrier could stay safely out of range and dispatch strikes on any attempt to get close. You can use a sub but sub warfare is a topic of its own (and carrier battle groups obviously involve subs).
Last I checked Wii Sports was EXTREMELY popular and it wouldn't be a stretch to say the majority of Wii sales happened because of it. What are Nintendo's more violent games? Prime 3 Corruption, Disaster and Battalion Wars? They're all pretty minor titles and if you add them up you don't even get half of Galaxy's sales.
Yes but RAM will remain with the 1024 factor so you can't report its size in factor 1000 units unless you fancy unreadable messes. Should RAM and disk space be reported in the same units? Would it confuse people why their 1GB swap file is listed as 1.073GB?
Perhaps game devs should tone down the violence then. It's getting absurd how much violence is going into games lately. It's no longer enough to show a blood splat and have the enemy fall over, no, you have to show all the organs being ripped out in every detail.
Anyway, there are plenty of videogames that are both good and not M rated. Nintendo is known for making great games that you can give to a child without having to freak out.

Do the rules of the game actually state that it is impossible to enter a contract within it?
Generally virtual money is considered property of the game owner and a money transfer is a service, not a sale (so ingame income isn't actual income and only the real money transferred for the services is taxable). Paying someone to give you X ingame money is paying them for the act of handing it over, not the actual good because neither of you two is in possession of the good.

How is griefing defined though? Is repeated hunting included or does it only account for out-of-gameplay stuff like DoSing someone?
His statement doesn't seem hypothetical to me. Apparently it's tied to a second server in addition to the MMO server and that second server has horrible availability.

Most of the developers published by EA are also owned by EA, means any profits that EA makes are potential budgets for them.
You are not part of the primary market for core games, those sell the majority of their lifetime sales within the first 1-2 months.

Of course that claim is retarded, if you check the current sales charts there's a good chance you'll spot games like Wii Fit and Mario Kart in there.
Your mom?
They'll make another MULE if they are convinced there's a market for that. Doesn't seem to be the case but at least they made another Boom Blox.
Naz-y ones.
Don't LCDs contain toxic substances? Anyway, we're probably not talking about Nokia-style explosions here.

I'm pretty sure most US Americans aren't members of the CIA.

Would the US let Lockheed export the F35? I don't think the US allows exports of stealth planes.
