    Even if there are things that are useful, the whole bathtub must be thrown out because to simply change the parts which are not working would be to admit that the Law isn't the end of civilization as we know it.

    The entire law is actually garbage.

    Especially the part getting rid of preexisting conditions. We need those or else insurance will have to actually pay bills.

    You're not a "citizen" of Virginia, you're a resident (as am I). You're correct about funding issue, though. however, these states should allow out of state residents to pay for these requests rather than just denying them outright.

    It's 1000 times easier to see a face from 5' than from 7'. Especially if they're wearing a hat. Ask any photographer.

    As usual, with the camera being slightly above the target, the angle of these security cameras are fairly bad if the perp is wearing a hat. Seeing as cameras are now tiny, it's time to start mounting them at about the 5 foot level. It's so much easier to identify a person at that angle. This would explain why they're looking for somebody with a cell phone picture.
