For something that works both ways, there are very few cases where Americans are extradited to other countries. Take your pick as to why and one does not exclude the other.
    1) The US does not respect the treaty
    2) The US laws are more restrictive than the rest of the world
    3) The US are more about revenge than they are about anything else.

    There might be other reasons:
    1) US criminals are so smart they never get caught
    2) All US criminals are already in jail
    3) Criminals rather stay in a US prison than in e.g. a Norwegian one, so they never risk it.

i think the solution is a more european style approach. where getting a job as a cop is far more rigorous, far more difficult, and the higher barrier to entry most certainly involving psychological evaluation, to weed out those types of people who will go to go on to abuse the public

I have no experience with anything, except for what people have told me whoi have become or were interested of becoming a cop in Belgium.
To become a cop takes some time. First you have to be selected to be able to come to the first intervew. This can take up to a year (on average) before you get selected.

Next are the tests. Some fail on the fysical tests, but you can train for those. Just be reasobable fit and with a bit of training you can pass.

Where the majority fail is the mental tests. They do not want some Rambo type of person. I have known people who were rejected because of this.

After that, you go to school for a year, before your actual carreer starts.

Next to that we have the Comite P that is a watchdog and investigates things that might have gone wrong. This can go from harrasment by the police, traffic tickets, racism, abuse of power or fraude. Just read the partwhere you can send complaints.

As always, improvement can be done, but overall it is pretty ok. The contact I had with the police was always very professional. One time I was asked on the street for my ID (obigatory to have in Belgium) and they did some basic checks to see who I was and let me go.

Somebody tild me that I should file a complained and I told them I was HAPPY they asked me, because they were apparently looking for somebody who looked like me. I saw they did the same with another person who looked and dressed very similar to me the previous day.

No idea who they are looking for, but I am sure it was not some shoplifter in the way they handled the situation.

Police in The Netherlands were also p^rofessionalk when I had contact with them. Those from Germany and Spain I know personally, so that doesn't count.

So basically it is about who has the rights of the copy. If only there were a way to talk about copy and right, but not in a way of theft.

Also note that there is a difference between a moral right and a legal right and they do not always agree.

About being marries: The moral right would be that those who want to be married are to be married, as long as both parties agree.

So morally, the wife could be married to either one or both or neither. Or both men married together and divorce the wife or whatever combination, as long as the parties involved agree.

This could mean that even if both males want to be married, the wife might only want to marry one or the wife wants to marry both, but one of the men does not agree with polygamy and thus the wife will merry just one or neither.

If the law (legal part) allows a person to be married to more than one is another matter.

  13. You have two options.
    1) Agree with what they do and pay more
    2) Say it is a breach of contract and drop out

With 1) the company gets what they want
However with 2) the company gets what they want.

I used to work for a company that was in a similar situation. We had contracts with customers. However our cost increased in such a way that there was no way we would be able to make a profit. However the contract was in such a way that a cancel from our side would take 3 months to do the cancel (legally) so that was not an option.

The same would be for the customers. Their cancel would be three months as well. However when they contacted us and told they wanted to cancel due to the price increase, we would 'allow' the customer not to follow the letter of the law and cancel the accounts ASAP.

The intend of the increase was so customers would cancel. This so we would not loose any more money. So instead of loosing money over a 3 month period (even with the price increase), we lost money only over a 2 week (on average) period. Those who did want to follow us received a cancel letter a bit later and we had to respect the 3 months cancel.

Obviously I have no idea if they are actually loosing money or if the profit just is not high enough.

    4) Extra infor, ation was added before and after the introduction of the barcode.

Sometimes people fly to places where barcodes are not readily available and must be readable by people to know if you are getting on the correct flight.

So the barcode can handle all the information, but not all the time. I have seen barcode readers fail. I can imagine aitports that do not have barcode readers at all (remember that it needs to work 100% worldwide all the time)
Not all airports are in the developed world or the USofA.

It was not that they had a barcode and added text. They had text and added barcodes.
