    The fact you may get too many of them on Vista usually signifies improperly setup account, or poorly written software. Oh and Microsoft is never known for poorly coded software. ;)

    I dont know about you but I'm a lazy guy.
    With Windows, you cant be lazy when installing stuff. You have to keep hitting Next and reboot.

    'emerge quake4-bin' is very straight forward, no incompatibilities that you describe.
    If you want you can even use a GUI to install it.

    I'm not sure what the crap your spewing is.
    What are those instructions even for? LFS?

    which means not everything will be viewable by everyone all the time. a) It cuts out a good chunk of people who *want* to view it but cant.
    b) Its Microsoft so said people will *never* be able to play it. MS isnt going to open their format.

    Except the changes in CO2 far exceed any measurement from the last 800,000 years. Not some of them, not kinda near, far exceed . the most prior 1900 was 300ppm, now we have 350ppm. It has peaked over 350ppm in the past.
    It always drops again.

    Yeah I'm in Australia too.

    What I meant human error comes in to play instead of computer error.
    There is no guarantee that someone accidentally miscounted your vote.
    Its got to happen quite a few times per election.

    I still dont know how the US and UK have so many computer voting problems.
    I could make a voting system with my hands tied behind my back which would work properly.
