    The criticism is rather accurate actually.

    Most people dont need a dSLR. Its a high end camera for a reason.
    You also wont find photographers going around with mobile phones.

    Duh camera phones are better for point and click - thats all they can do.
    A dSLR is for someone who is serious.

    Its probably the Greens which are causing Nuclear to stagnate.

    If Nuclear was perceived as safe by the voting public then they probably would recycle more.

    Australia is getting better competition these days with ISPs rolling out their own ADSL networks.

    We can get ADSL 2+ (24Mbit) in some areas.
    They dont cover my suburb atm but they cover the suburb next to me. :(

    Is it faster than two fingered touch typing?

    Never got the hang of proper touch typing.
    I can type with two fingers at ridiculous speeds with pinpoint accuracy.

    No I dont need to look at my keyboard or even my monitor. I can stare out the window and still type fine (including backspacing).

    In Australia, I've never seen any emergency services not slow down at traffic lights unless the intersection was completely still with cars deliberately stopping for it.

    You'll be needing a very large collection of images for that to be effective.
    Plus no one else can be using your collection of images and ideally you should be 'rotating' your collections of images so you use a different set every week or so.

    Its a impossible task.

    People are concerned about the effects of DRM however.

    My Mum doesnt care about DRM at all but she refused to buy any DVD player which wasnt Region 0.

    You seem to have gotten confused. Each hardware DVD player doesnt have a unique key. Each model of DVD player does.
