    What I dont get is why people do stupid things like that.

    Google can still track you easily enough.
    Cookies and Javascript just make it a tad easier for them.
    Google still gets the information that *shock* helps improve their services.

    And Google Analytics is for the webmaster of the site your browsing as well.
    Your essentially giving them the finger by blocking it.

    Google isnt doing anything with your data - they take a peek, show the ads and then forget.

    The Ads go next to the commercials from my understanding - not in the actual email like Hotmail.

    I've paid the $50 to remove the ads and get some other features though. :)

    I pay the $50/year primarily for the obscene amount of space.

    Its well worth it.
    You get some nice goodies and the lack of ads is really nice.

    Well the AVR32 architecture does support some Java byte codes.

    Mind you the manual does specifically state that you shouldn't use them inside interrupts. :)

    Or its a development system with limited production.
    Chances are it is being used for R&D and not actually crunching numbers.

    When systems like that hit mass production then we have the data structures for them.
    Cant do that with a cluster.

    4.1 is the proper release for users.
    It will have everything.

    Contrary to popular belief, Virtual machines arent the solution to everything.

    It would work rather well actually.

    Its a ARM so it has more oomph than a Pentium running at 190mhz.
    Using a browser like Konqueror would work fine.

    I've run Seamonkey and KDE 3.5 on a Pentium 1 laptop before.
    Perfectly acceptable for surfing the net and using SSH.
    KDE 4 would be even better.

    In Brisbane the buses are clean.
    They use natural gas so they effectively only emit hot air - no crap in the exhaust.

    Your smoke floats over to everyone else.
    If your walking then its not exactly easy to miss it.

    I couldnt care less if you smoke or not. Its your lungs.

    What I do care about is you smoking while I'm walking behind you, or waiting for a bus or similar.
    Your just being obnoxious then.

    Fortunately Australia is cracking down on smoking in public places. :)

    Mplayer does everything I need to do and quite a few things I dont need to do. ;)

    Group 1 doesnt say its inevitable that we'll meed other intelligent life.
    It says that there probably will be other intelligent life.

    The chance of us meeting them is next to nothing.
    Space is *big*.

    Other people have shown that Google already handles natural language questions exceptionally well.
