This shouldn't become a speed problem on broadband machines because it'll only mean 2 or 3 times more packets (but you can always increase packet size).
Are you serious?!?!? This could kill an already decently loaded web-server.
If it's twice as many packets, that's doubling the workload!
Also, I think you mis-read the issue. The issue isn't someone hijacking someone elses HTTP request, it's someone who wants to attack a server by sending a request inside there own request, in which case the checksum would still pass.
Yes, but think of how stable Woody has to be by now! After 4 years of being the stable release, this thing must have no bugs!
Actually, the r5 release makes it seem like things are starting to look up for debian. That's the second release this year! At this pace, Sarge should be out in 2 months!
Don't forget me saying this, 2 months. June 17, 2005, we will have a stable Debian Sarge!
Ok..as you all know, MS just released like..12 security patches. I think they relized they need to keep up otherwise they'll lose more market share. Well...let's see how good they have become. 2/11/05...the clock is ticking
I have a few questions for you, since you work at NASA...if you could contact me on AIM...or e-mail me, or something(I also have MSN and ICQ if you want), I would like to talk to you.
But, as we are on/., let me not make this post pointless. Let me ask you...why havn't we colonized the moon at all? In fact...why have a abandoned the moon? It would be far simpler and far more advantages then ISS, don't you think?
Actually..if you watch the show..he kinda frowns on that. Last time I watched, I remembered him going "No! I knew that was going to turn into a clapping show!"
I really don't think he wants for that to happen, he just makes fun of what is there. I'm sure there are democratic things to make fun of that he might leave out, but I'm really not sure. I also have not watched it in a while because I just don't watch TV that much.
Every news show host is either liberal or conservative. On crossfire, they happen to have one of each. It's the facts of life, everyone picks a side. It's only difference from regular news shows is it makes jokes on it's news.
If you watch the show, you'll notice that he's actually a very intelligent man. While cracking jokes, he tries to make light on the stupidity of our nation while informing everyone about it.
If that is there job, then yes, doing that. I don't have the time nor ambition to look up every U.S. base around the world and find what their purpose is. Go knock yourself out.
Yes, but if we had that many troops, we could comfortably have that many more troops in Iraq and still have our other bases be secure and doing their job.
Well yeah, but the only reason there are 250,000 troops in Iraq is because either:
A They are stationed in another of our many bases around the world B They are trying to keep the little piece of Afghanastan that we have under control...under control
or.. C They are home for a little bit before they get shipped back
Let me remind you, that all of that takes up our 1.4 million troops that we have. And if we don't re-establish relations with the rest of the world...or hell...even our allies, then we're going to have a draft. And anyone draftable, who isn't the child of some rich fucking asshole is going to be in Iraq if Bush is re-elected(I say this with such passion because I am 17, and going to turn 18 in half a year)
You'll need a license to pilot a flying car. Flying cars will be expensive. If you fly a small enough plane you can already get a license for it pretty trivially. Hence, this is already an issue, or should I say, a non-issue.
You know...you need a license to drive a regular car, too.;)

Was it a Microsoft 2003 server edition computer ?
I hope I'm not the only one wondering what that is.
And FYI....apparently a Microsoft 2003 server edition computer can be pretty secure.

I'd like to note that I am part of the other 30% ;) Please don't attack me!
I'd love to use Freenet, anyone want to hook me up with a node ref?

heh...sorry...I never won any spelling b's
- Too laggy
- Not the right time
- Server not responding
So this was actually the first time I've done it, and I think it is very cool. Thank you for this experienceI thought the direction was quite clear. I guess I was wrong.
That's so wrong, I'm not even going to reply to it.

Obviously you're a republican.

This is the fastest my torrent d/l speed has gone up.
/.!
Thank you
I'd say that's a little too cautious. Especially since something that COULD have been a drinking straw was our reason for invading another country.
Well...that is rather comforting, thank you.

Updated firmware?

I was making a point.
