It depends which you are referring to....carnival offers free wifi, they are also one of the biggest, maybe the ones you looked up were not as commercialised?
There is also the possibility of plotting out the course of all major cruise ships and try to sneak up close enough to hop on their free wifi they offer most their onboard clients, although I am not sure about the distance per se, you can add to your range by getting a special antenna like the ones used by cell phone companies to boost your range....then you could hop on for free for a time you need to use it...
Although this is not an exact method as you are very screwed if you are not at the right place right time, you will however be able to get as much download for free....

good job representing our present day situation and what we need more of...
I think you do have a point though, there is a need for lung replacement therapy, and surgery...of which enphizema patients are top on the list...i saw the movie bicentennial man with robin williams, brilliant movie (although very long) and could not wait for us to start ctaching up to the idea of synthetic organ replacement parts.
A synthetic heart of which beats on its own without batteries is the most needed one, as well as liver and kidneys,...
This is the start of something amazing, we have potatoes, we genetically change them to be xxx....what if we could have potatoes that have more vitamins and minerals then before, have so much more that you don't need so many OTHER vegetables...some anti oxydents etc...you could create a new vegetable that replaces all other crops especially for farming in third world countries....it is only a matter of time before someone figures out how, and then watch us grow...literally! We will all be much less vitamin deficient then we are now!
I hope they kept a ledger of all the broken things, so that you could technically grade a student by what he fixed and set up property compared to what was done to break it...and then see how good a student he was...or how creative.... cool idea though!
First they exposed how music industry giants tampered the books to make it look like someone selling 50 million albums could still owe the company money (nsync and backstreet boys...) then we saw how harry potter lost money even though they grossed over 700 million dollars, I am sure this is just another one of those things with creative accounting, so that when the sales hit, it will balance out if not lose money, and they will be able to keep some profits...without paying too much taxes.

Most people also forget the number one reason for album companies, promotion. We all know who nickelback is.... they probably fall under the same problems most musicians do, however if they decided tomorrow to leave their record label and start their own, they now have a fan base, so most fans will go to their website to know where to download (itunes) their next album from...no one knows who "collusion fall" is because there are a band without any real recording label, but has some great music...try finding where to download it from, it is almost impossible, bootlegs aside...
that is my point exactly, and the fact now that this logging is showing that exact combo, means that it is a faulty computer chip or what not, and not faulty breaks, sending signals to the accelerator and braking system...seems pretty easy to figure out, I could not see over 30 people all doing the same thing to play a game with toyota, especially putting their own lives in danger....just to see if they can fake an accident and get a new car....
So toyota is really stupid, and trying to pass this on as human error, and no one will question it, or people will question the software and computer system, and the toyota stocks will go down again for not figuring this out or trying to hide it...
is it just me that has to pay yearly license fees? In so, this means I stop paying the yearly fees, i stop receiving the patches, hence not free...or am i missing something?
ps - I forgot that sometimes you legit copy becomes non legit because your key was misused for other copies, and guess what...you now own a pirated copy (according to M$), which means you have to jump through hoops just to legalize your copy again.

This i will agree with, there is always someone out there who knows how to bundle the service packs into the pirated copies, but usually those are also the ones that can bundle hidden malware without you knowing, or windows...
