    I bluetooth calls in my car while using my phone as a GPS. The maps download on the fly, as well as traffic info, etc.

    It is in no way a useless feature.

    I'm not an animal-rights activist, but to say that animals have no feelings and do not feel pain? There is quite a bit of scientific evidence for that, and little against it, at least when it comes to mammals. Whether they feel it the exactly the same as we do is irrelevant.

    You can change user-agents on browsers available in the Apple app store. They even provide an official API for doing it.

    The current debt bill cuts $350 to 450 billion per year in defense spending. It's hard to get an exact number as they label it under security spending. The Pentagon chief is freaking, so clearly something is happening.

    If you paid any attention what was happening, they did talk about cutting defense, a lot.

    If you are properly firewalled, have to up-to-date antivirus and have a secure browser, what is the big deal? I have a PC still running W2K for a couple legacy things that won't work on XP or beyond. It's not and never has been compromised.

    That's nice. I can't stand reading a computer screen for more than an hour or so at a time. Plus I don't want to sit in my home office, in my office chair, reading a book. I read a mix of real books and ebooks on my nook.

    I triple boot my Macbook. OSX, Win7 and Ubuntu. It installed without issue and didn't harm the other partitions.

    The iPad 2 uses the A5 processor. It wouldn't surprise me if they are holding back a bootrom exploit until the next iPhone comes out, which will be using the A5 processor as well.

    The JB groups haven't said anything, so it's all speculation.
